On October 20, 2023, All Elite Wrestling hosted a new episode of AEW Rampage on TNT.

The show was headlined by Mistico making his AEW Debut against Rocky Romero in a CMLL Showcase Match. Also on the show, Kip Sabian, John Silver & "Brother Zay" Isiah Kassidy battled to earn a shot at the AEW International Championship. The full results are listed below.

AEW Rampage (10/20/2023)

  • Mexico's Pound-For-Pound Crown - 2/3 Falls Match: Mistico def. Rocky Romero (2-1).
  • There was a backstage interview with Jay Lethal (with Jeff Jarrett, Satnam Singh, Karen Jarrett & Sonjay Dutt) & Eddie Kingston moderated by Stokely Hathaway. Kingston promised to take out Jarrett at AEW Collision.
  • AEW International Championship - #1 Contender's Match: John Silver (w/ Evil Uno & Alex Reynolds) def. "Brother Zay" Isiah Kassidy & Kip Sabian (W/ Butcher, Blade & Penelope Ford).
  • There was a vignette of Mike Santana & Ortiz, where they agreed to fight each other in a match on next week's Rampage.
  • Blackpool Combat Club (Wheeler Yuta & Claudio Castagnoli) def. Bryan Keith & Exodus Prime.
  • Ranee Paquette interviewed Matt Menard, Daniel Garcia, Angelo Parker, Jake Hager & Anna Jay backstage. Menard & Garcia continued to argue before Jay, Parker & Hager told them to squash their beef as soon as possible. Garcia & Menard agreed before promising to win the AEW Trios Championships.
  • ROH Six-Man Champions The HungBucks (Matt Jackson, Nick Jackon & "Hangman" Adam Page) announced that they would host an open challenge against anyone who answers it. It was revealed that The Hardy Party (Jeff Hardy, Matt Hardy & Brother Zay) answered the challenge.
  • Ruby Soho (w/ Saraya) def. Skye Blue.
    • Ruby Soho & Saraya attacked Skye Blue, but Kris Statlander came to the ring to make the save. Statlander tried to lift Skye Blue up, but Blue ignored her and left the ring.
