- Jim Ross, Excalibur, Chris Jericho & Tony Schiavone welcomed the audience ot the broadcast before transitioning to the opening match.

FTW Rules - FTW Championship Match.

HOOK (C) vs. Ethan Page.

Page attacked HOOK to begin the match while HOOK's theme was playing across the arena. HOOK pulled a table outside of the ring before while the two brawled on the outside. The two continued to brawl in the crowd area before HOOK hit a series of cross-faces on Page while he was seating down. Page got a lead pipe and attacked HOOK, but HOOK hit Page's back with a trash can before slamming the can on Page's head while in the crowd area, but Page kicked out at two in the first-ever pinfall attempt of his career. Page attacked HOOK closed to the barricade before hitting a pump kick on HOOK to send him over the barricade.

The two got back to the ringside area, but HOOK hit a T-Bone on Page before getting two chairs into the ring. Page & HOOK continued to brawl on ringside before Page went for the Ego's Edge on HOOK, but HOOK rolled over and caught Page with a lariat. HOOK got Page for a T-Bone, but Page blocked it with elbow strikes before hitting a deadlift Powerslam on HOOK through the Timekeeper's Table for a near fall. Finally in the ring, Page set a table in the corner before hitting a chair shot on HOOK'S abdomen, but HOOK evaded for the chair to rebound on Page's face before hitting a Twist of Fate on Page, but Page kicked out at two. HOOK went for a suplex on Page, but Page blocked it before hitting a vicious Pump Kick on HOOK. Page saw this and went for the Ego's Edge, but HOOK rolled over and locked in the Redrum on Page for the submission win.

HOOK hit a T-Bone Suplex on Page onto a table in the corner after the match.

Winner AND STILL FTW Champion: HOOK.

- There was a new episode of QTV. QT Marshall, Aaron Solow & Harley Cameron talked about the match between Marshall & Powerhouse Hobbs against the Lucha Bros on AEW Battle of The Belts IV.

The Acclaimed (Max Caster & Anthony Bowens) & 2point0 (Angelo Parker & Matt Menard) (w/ Jake Hager & "Daddy Ass" Billy Gunn) vs. Leon St. Givanni, Bobby Orlando & The Infantry (Carlie Bravo & Shawn Dean).

LSG began the match with Bowens, but Bowens caught him with a jab & a thrust kick. Menard & Parker tagged in, who took out Orlando & The Infantry. Menard & Parker hit a drop toe-hold/ elbow drop combo on Orlando before Caster & Bowens hit Scissor Me Timbers on Orlando. The Acclaimed then scissors in the ring before taunting 2point0. Bowens & Caster hit the Arrival into the Diving Elbow drop for the decisive pinfall win.

Winners: The Acclaimed (Max Caster & Anthony Bowens) & 2point0 (Angelo Parker & Matt Menard) (w/ Jake Hager & "Daddy Ass" Billy Gunn).

- After the match, 2point0 & Jake Hager attacked The Acclaimed & Gunn. Parker & Menard hit a double-Pendulum DDT on Bowens to stand tall over The Acclaimed & Daddy Ass.

- Swerve Strickland was backstage before announcing a merger, with him owning 51% of a new group. Swerve told the crowd that the fans would find out later in the night.

Lee Moriarty (w/ Big Bill Morrisey) vs. Darby Allin.

Allin & Moriarty began the match with some chain wrestling before Moriarty locked in a cross-arm headlock, but Allin rolled over and locked in a hold of his own. Moriarty bridged to evade the hold before Allin hit a wrist lock takedown into a Crucifix on Allin for a near fall. Moriarty attacked Allin's injured back before cornering him. Allin hit an Irish Whip on Moriarty, but Moriarty tossed Allin out of the ring with a Bandera Toss. The two brawled on the outside before Big Bill hit a Big Boot on Allin while the referee was distracted for a near fall.

Back in the ring and during the picture-in-picture break, Moriarty got Allin in a side-Gory Stretch before hitting a double knee-drop on Allin's back. Allin slammed Moriarty into the middle rope before locking in a Guillotine Choke. Back in the ring, Allin ran the ropes before Big Bill attacked Allin. Rick Knox saw him and argued with Big Bill, which allowed Moriarty to attack Allin with a skateboard. Back in the ring, Moriarty hit a series of stomps on Allin before locking in El Sacrificio on Allin while aiming the offense on Allin's back. Moriarty hit an uppercut on Allin into the corner before going for a second.

Back from the break, Allin evaded Moriarty and hit a Shotgun Dropkick on Moriarty into the corner. Allin climbed to the top rope, but Moriarty pulled Allin's foot to send him crashing into the top turnbuckle after Big Bill's distraction. Moriarty locked in the Full Nelson on Allin before hitting a Snap-Dragon Suplex for a near fall. Moriarty dominated the proceedings of the match before hitting a Superplex on Allin, but Allin got Moriarty's leg in a pin for a near fall. Moriarty got a Bridge on Allin for a near fall. Allin went for a Bulldog, but Moriarty reversed it into an Abdominal Stretch on Allin. Allin evaded Moriarty's offense before hitting a Code Red on Moriarty and a Tope Suicida on Bill on the outside. Allin ended proceedings by hitting the Coffin Drop on Moriarty for the pinfall win.

Winner: Darby Allin.

- After the match, Swerve Strickland tried to shake Allin's hand but was greeted by a pounce from 1/3 of the ROH Trios Tag Champions Brian Cage. It was announced that Strickland's merger was none other than Mogul Affiliates & The Embassy joining forces.

- RJ City moderated the face-to-face between TBS Champion Jade Cargill & Taya Valkyrie due to the issues of using the Glam Slam. Valkyrie told Cargill to show some respect before the two got butted heads. Mark Sterling said that he would see Valkyrie in court while RJ City's moderating skills were rendered useless.

- There was a video package recapping the feud between Julia Hart & Anna Jay, with Julia Hart saying that no one touches her hat and that the House always wins. After that, Mark Henry stated the following: "IT'S TIME FOR THE MAIN EVENT!'

Jay attacked Hart from behind to begin the match. Hart slammed Jay into the ring post before tossing her onto the barricade twice. Back in the ring, Hart slammed Jat's face right into the mat repeatedly, but Jay caught her with a forearm strike. Hart chased down Jay, but Jay caught her with a stomp. Hart hit two forearm strikes before slamming her with an Irish Whip, but Jay slammed Hart's neck into the top rope. The two brawled again on the outside before Jay slammed Hart's head into the barricade.

During the break, Jay attacked Hart's neck in the ropes before catching Hart with a forearm strike into the neck. Jay hit an Irish Whip into a corner Leg Lariat on Hart on the corner. Jay continued to attack Hart's head into the corner before laying her boot on Hart's throat and stretching Hart's back into the ring post. Back in the ring, Jay slammed Hart's face straight into the mat once before hitting a Hip Attack on Hart.

Back from the break, Hart finally made her comeback and slammed Jay's head repeatedly across the ring corners before hitting two thrust kicks and a sledgehammer on Jay's shoulders for a near fall. Hart hit another thrust kick before hitting a Standing Moonsault on Jay for a near fall. Hart went for a Handspring lariat, but Jay caught her and hit a Gory Bomb on Hart for a near fall. Jay locked in the Queen Slayer on Hart, but Hart slammed Jay into the corner before hitting a Handspring clothesline, a forearm strike, and getting Jay to the top rope. Hart went for a Superplex, but Jay had Hart hanging, but Hart slammed Jay straight into the mat before hitting a Diving Moonsault for a near fall. Hart went for a hold, but Jay reversed it with a pin for a near fall. Jay went for the Queen Slayer, but Hart tossed herself & Jay to the outside. Hart threw a chair inside the ring, which Hart used to spit the Black Mist on Hart before getting the Inside Cradle on Jay for the pinfall win. Julia Hart stood tall to end the broadcast.
