All Elite Wrestling presented AEW Rampage on May 19, 2023 and it aired on TNT. The show was headlined by The Blackpool Combat Club's Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta & ROH Champion Claudio Castagnoli teaming up against the Best Amigos (Bandido, Trent Beretta & Chuck Taylor) in a marquee trios match.

Elsewhere on the card, the Mogul Embassy's Kaun faced off against Dustin Rhodes, The Acclaimed & Billy Gunn teamed up against the Varsity Athletes, and TBS Champion Jade Cargill hosted an Open Challenge for her belt. Full results & highlights are listed below & will be updated as the show happens.

AEW Rampage (5/19/2023).

  • Blackpool Combat Club (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, & Wheeler Yuta) (w/ Bryan Danielson) def. Best Amigos (Chuck Taylor, Trent Beretta & Bandido).
  • Kyle Fletcher cut a promo backstage, promising that he would win the AEW International Championship.
  • AEW TBS Championship Match: Jade Cargill (c) (w/ Mark Sterling) def. Danni Bee.
    • After the match, Taya Valkyrie attacked Cargill returning from Suspension, hitting the Glam Slam on Cargill. Valkyrie told Cargill she would see her on Double or Nothing.
  • "Daddy Ass" Billy Gunn & The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens & Max Caster) def. Varsity Athletes (Ari Daivari, Josh Woods & Tony Nese) (w/ "Smart" Mark Sterling)
  • There was a new edition of QTV, with QT Marshall revealing that he signed up Aaron Solow, Powerhouse Hobbs & QT Marshall into the Blackjack Battle Royal for the International Title on Double Or Nothing.
  • The Hardy Party ("Brother Zay" Isiah Kassidy, Matt Hardy & Jeff Hardy) came to the ring to cut a promo, but they were interrupted by Ethan Page. Page tried to make amends with the three after the happenings of The Firm Deletion Match. Page hugged it out with Zay, but that lead to The Gunns (Colten & Austin Gunn) attacking The Hardys. Page & The Gunns laid out Zay with a chair before Page hit a stomp off the top rope on Zay, pillmanizing Kassidy's neck. Page told The Hardy he would see them on Double or Nothing.
  • Chris Jericho called out Adam Cole to a match after he attacked him on the 5/17/2023 edition of AEW Dynamite. Adam Cole interrupted Jericho's warning to promise Jericho he would make his life a living hell. Jericho then revealed that he would face Cole in an Unsanctioned Match on Double or Nothing.
  • After the commercial break, Adam Cole walked through the crowd before the and Chris Jericho brawled on the ramp. Security guards & referees came to interrupt their brawl. The will face each other one-on-one in an Unsanctioned Match on AEW Double Or Nothing on May 28, 2023.
  • Mark Henry had a video package promoting the match between Kaun & Dustin Rhodes on the Main Event of the show before saying "IT'S TIME FOR THE MAIN EVENT!!".
  • Dustin Rhodes def. Kaun (w/ Prince Nana).
    • Mogul Embassy's Brian Cage, Kaun, Prince Nana & Swerve Strickland attacked Rhodes after the match, but that was until Keith Lee laid out Kaun & Cage on the ramp. Keith Lee confronted his former Tag Team Partner, but that was until Cage & Kaun got involved inside the ring, with Kaun swinging a chair on Lee. They sat Lee on a chair before Strickland hit the Swerve Stomp on Lee. The Mogul Embassy stood tall to end the broadcast.
