The show was headlined by Orange Cassidy defending his International Title against Rocky Romero and Hijo del Vikingo defending his AAA Mega Championship against Black Taurus in a rematch from ROH Final Battle. The full results are listed below.

AEW Rampage Holiday Bash (12/22/2023).

  • AEW International Championship Match: Orange Cassidy (c) def. Rocky Romero.
  • Kris Statlander was interviewed by Tony Schiavone, where she said that she was now back on track with Willow Nightingale. Stokely Hathaway tried to say that Willow Nightingale stated that she "carried" her, but Statlander disregarded it.
  • Brian Cage & Prince Nana cut a promo backstage, where Cage promised to beat Keith Lee on the 12/23 edition of AEW Collision.
  • The Kingdom (Matt Taven & Mike Bennett) (w/ Roderick Strong) def. The Hardys (Matt Hardy & Jeff Hardy).
  • Ruby Soho was interviewed by Renee Paquette, but they were interrupted by Angelo Parker. When asked about what he wanted for Christmas, Parker said that he wanted to take Soho for a drink tonight. Saraya had an awkward interruption. Saraya spoke with Parker in private and told him that he could not have her ever.
  • Skye Blue def. Queen Aminata.
  • AAA Mega Championship Match: El Hijo Del Vikingo (c) def. Black Taurus.
