- After a video package highlighting the events of the 10/20/2022 edition of IMPACT Wrestling, Mike Bennett & Matt Taven confronted Scott D'Amore backstage after making IMPACT Wrestling an unsafe working environment. Scott D'Amore fired Taven & Benett after their actions during their run in IMPACT. It was previously reported by Fightful Select that Taven & Bennett were revealed to sign with AEW. - After this reveal, Tom Hannifan & Matt Rehwoldt welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning to the opening match.

X-Division Tournament First Round Match.

Trey Miguel vs. Alan Angels.

The two began the match locking up before Angels got Miguel in a wrist lock. Miguel & Angels exchanged wrist locks before Angels hit an arm drag on Miguel. Angels hit a flipping Casita on Miguel for a near fall. Miguel got Angels in a Victory roll for a near fall. Miguel went for a walk rope move but Angels pulled Miguel onto the top rope, with Miguel landed right on his groin. Angels hit a chop and a forearm strike on Miguel, but Miguel laid in the forearm strikes on Angels. Miguel flipped over Angels and hung himself on the ropes, but Angels hit a shotgun dropkick on Miguel to send him to the outside. Back in the ring, Angels hit a Northern Lights Suplex on Miguel for a near fall. Angels evaded Miguel's offense before hitting a reverse Sling Blade on Miguel for a near fall. Angels went for the Half-nelson but Miguel got the ropes and hit an arm drag. Miguel evaded Angels' lariat before hitting a handspring enziguri kick on Angels. Miguel flipped over Angels before laying kicks on Angels and a double stomp on Angels' neck. Miguel hit a running Meteora on Angels for a near fall. Miguel went for the top rope and attempted a Meteora, but Angels evaded and hung Miguel in the middle turnbuckle. With Miguel trapped on the middle rope, Angels hit a shotgun dropkick and a draping DDT on Miguel for a near fall. Angels placed Miguel on the top rope, but Miguel slid under ANgels and trapped him on the corner before hitting an upside-down superkick on Angels followed by a top rope Meteora on Angels for a near fall. Angels hit a back-elbow and hit La Mistica on Miguel before transitioning to a Brutalizer submission on Miguel, but Miguel reversed it with a crucifix for a near fall. Miguel went for a kick, but Angels turned into a Half-and-half suplex followed by a Frog Splash on Miguel for a near fall. Angels went for a discus lariat, but Miguel caught him with a kick before hitting the Lighting Spiral for the pinfall win. Miguel will face the winner of Kenny King vs Mike Bailey at a later night.

Winner: Trey Miguel.

- Chris Bey & Ace Austin confronted Tommy Dreamer & Bully Ray. Ray apologized to Bey & Austin backstage and emphasized that he did not attack Austin last week, but Austin & Bey did not buy into it. Ray said that Moose may have done it, but Bey and Austin were irate before Bey challenged Dreamer to a match later in the night. Dreamer told Ray to not get involved in his match unless Austin gets involved as it would get Ray in more trouble.

- Gisele Shaw & VXT (Deonna Purrazzo & Chelsea Green) cut a backstage promo ahead of their match against IMPACT Knockout's Champion Jordynne Grace, Mickie James & Taylor Wilde later in the night. Shaw said that they would make an amazing trio, saying that after they retire Mickie James they will focus on regaining the IMPACT Knockout's Tag Team Championships.

Tasha Steelz (w/ Savannah Evans) vs. Rachelle Riveter.

Steelz hit a vicious boot kick on Riveter to begin the match. Steelz hit a cutter on Riveter before getting out of the ring. Steelz got a microphone and talked trash on IMPACT Management for pitting her against Riveter. Evans hit a wicked lariat on Riveter, warding Riveter a Disqualification win. Evans hit a jack-knife powerbomb on Riveter before she and Steelz stood over Riveter.

Winner: Rachelle Riveter.

- IMPACT Tag team Champions Heath & Rhyno were confronted backstage by Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) to demand their match against them for the titles. Heath agreed with their argument and told them to contact Scott D'Amore to make the match official.

- Sabin & Shelley were on their way to D'Amore's office, but they were confronted by The Major Players (Matt Cardona & Brian Myers), who made their argument to become the challengers for the IMPACT Tag Titles. The two teams argued before D'Amore came out of the office and made official a match between Alex Shelley & Matt Cardona for later in the night.

Tommy Dreamer (w/ Bully Ray) vs. Chris Bey (w/ Ace Austin).

The match began with the two locking up before Dreamer got Bey in a wrist lock, but Bey flipped out of it and got Dreamer in a wrist lock. The two evaded each other's offense before pushing each other. Dreamer got Bey in a headlock before sending Bey to run the ropes. Bey attempted a Spinning Heel Kick on Dreamer but Dreamer took a step back to evaded. Austin & Ray argued on the apron before the commercial break. Back from the break as a fan chanted "EXTREME", Bey laid in the kicks on Dreamer's thighs before attempting a running cross-body on Dreamer, but Dreamer caught him and hit a Fall-Away Slam on Bey. Bey flipped over Dreamer's back before hitting a drop toe-hold, a double stomp to the back, and a standing moonsault on Dreamer for a near fall. Bey hit two running chops on Dreamer, but Dreamer evaded the third attempt and hit three chops on Bey. Bey evaded Dreamer's attempt at a corner spear before hitting an arm-breaker on Dreamer. Bey & Dremaer evaded each other's attempts at cutters before Bey hit a DDT on Dreamer for a near fall. Bey went for a superkick but Dreamer reversed it with a cutter for a near fall. Dreamer climbed to the middle rope but Bey caught him with a superkick mid-air for a near fall. Bey climbed to the top rope, but Dreamer pushed Bey's leg before climbing to the top rope and hitting a Superplex on Bey. Moose confronted Ray on ringside as Dreamer & Bey exchanged strikes. Moose tripped Bey while Ray was arguing with Moose. Dreamer got a roll-up on Bey for a near fall. Dreamer went for a Death Valley Driver on Bey but Bey hit a superkick and the Art of Finesse (Springboard cutter) on Dreamer for the pinfall win.

Winner: Chris Bey (w/ Ace Austin).

- NJPW Openweight Tag team Champions Aussie Open (Kyle Fletcher & Mark Davis) issued a challenge for the next week to any tag team for their return to IMPACT Wrestling.

- Bully Ray threw a tantrum backstage saying that he was frustrated that people think he was not here to do the right thing after winning the Call Your Shot Gauntlet. Dreamer tried to calm down Ray, to which Ray said that Dreamer knew what he will do to Moose the next time he sees him.

Matt Cardona (w/ Brian Myers) vs. Alex Shelley (w/ Chris Sabin).

Cardona attacked Shelley before the match officially began. Cardona tossed Shelley out of the ring before attempting a sliding dropkick to the outside, but Shelley evaded and hit a chop on Cardona. Shelley slammed Cardona onto the apron. Back in the ring, Shelley hit a springboard splash on Cardona for a near fall. Shelley hit a ripcord cop on Cardona before going for an elbow breaker. Myers pulled Shelley out of the ring as the referee was distracted before Cardona hit a sliding dropkick on Shelley to the outside. Back in the ring, Cardona laid his knee on Shelley on the ropes before hitting a neck breaker on Shelley for a near fall. Cardona hit two cross-face strikes on Shelley before slamming his face onto the bottom turnbuckle. Cardona hit a back suplex on Shelley for a near fall. Cardona got a snap-mare headlock on Shelley before hitting a back-elbow strike on Shelley for a near fall. Cardona laid in forearm strikes on Shelley in the corner before attempting the reboot kick, but Shelley evaded and hit a flat-liner on Cardona onto the bottom turnbuckle. Shelley and Cardona exchanged strikes before Shelley hit a running forearm strike on Cardona. Shelley hit an enziguri kick followed by a Tornado DDT on Cardona for a near fall, thanks to Myers placing Cardona's leg on the rope. Shelley & Sabin hit the double shotgun dropkicks into a Last Chancery/ dropkick combination on Myers. Cardona gauged Shelley's eyes before hitting Radio Silence on Cardona for a near fall. Myers brought the title to the ring, but Shelley caught it. As the referee was distracted, Shelley hit a DDT on Cardona onto the title for a near fall. Sabin hit a PK Kick from the apron on Myers. Back in the ring, Shelley got Cardona in an O'Connor Roll for a near fall before Cardona launched Shelley onto Myer's belt before getting him in a roll-up for the pinfall win.

Winner: Matt Cardona (w/ Brian Myers).

- Myers & Cardona attacked the Motor City Machine Guns before IMPACT Tag Team Champions Heath & Rhyno came in to attack Myers & Cardona.

- IMPACT World Heavyweight Champion Josh Alexander talked with Gail Kim backstage before Steve Maclin attacked Alexander from behind before Frankie Kazarian came in to make the save. Back from the commercial break, Kazarian said that he came in to make the save because he is only looking for his best interests. Alexander offered Kazarian a chance to team next week against Aussie Open, which he accepted.

Joe Hendry vs. Raj Singh (w/ Shera).

Hendry did a monologue before the match. Hendry got Singh in a wrist lock before taking him down with a snap-mare. Hendry hit a running shoulder tackle and a standing suplex on Singh. Singh hit a back elbow on Hendry and told Hendry he did not believe in him, but Hendry hit the trust fall on Singh. Singh hit a flipping kick on Hendry and taunted the crowd, but Hendry got up and hit a wicked lariat followed by the Standing Ovation (One-Hand Spinebuster) for the pinfall win.

Winner: Joe Hendry.

- Eric Young & Deaner talked to a mysterious figure backstage before saying that he hoped he watches what he will do to Sami Callihan next week.

- Gia Miller did a sit-down interview with Eddie Edwards, with Edwards saying that Honor No More was no more. Edwards said that there was nothing to salvage and specified that he wants to keep his issues with Alisha private. When asked on if he would do it again, Edwards said that he would do so because he was trying to highlight that there was no honor in the industry. Edwards called PCO a little bitch before saying that he would pay for everything that he has done.

Main Event Match.

Jordynne Grace, Mickie James & Taylor Wilde vs. Gisele Shaw & VXT (Deonna Purrazzo & Chelsea Green).

The Main Event match began with Green rolling under James before tagging in Shaw. Shaw got James in a headlock, but James tossed Shaw before getting her in a headlock. James hit a shoulder tackle before hitting a handspring dropkick on Shaw for a near fall. Wilde and Purrazzo tagged in before getting in a Grecko-Roman lock-up before Wilde hit a monkey flip on Purrazzo. Wilde hit an arm drag on Purrazzo before hitting a corner splash before tagging in Grace. Grace hit a corner lariat on Purrazzo for a near fall. Wilde tagged back in and hit a springboard arm drag on Purrazzo. Wilde hit three arm drags and a scissor dropkick on Greem for a near fall. Green gauged Wilde's eyes before tagging in Purrazzo, but Purraazzo was greeted with a tilt-to-world hurricanrana and a PK Kick on Purrazzo for a near fall. Wilde took Green and Purrazo out with a double tijeras before hitting a Tilt-to-world back breaker on Green for a near fall. The two teams exchanged strikes before Shaw & VXT were tossed out of the ring before the commercial break. Back from the break, Wilde & Grace hit a double shoulder tackle and a double elbow drop on Green for a near fall. Wilde went for a body slam but Green hit an enziguri kick on Wilde for a near fall. Purrazzo tagged back in and hit a chop on Wilde before tagging in Shaw. Shaw hit a boot on Wilde for a near fall. James tagged in and hit two lariats, a running forearm strike, and a snap-mare on Shaw. Purrazzo tripped James before Shaw hit a superkick on James for two consecutive near falls. Shaw & VXT triple-teamed James in the corner as the referee was distracted before Green tagged back in. Shaw tagged in and hit two running uppercuts on the corner and a diving uppercut on James for a near fall. Purrazzo attacked James from behind before Shaw locked in a headlock on James. Shaw slammed James from the hair to the mat for a near fall before locking in a chin lock on James. James got up and broke the hold before hitting Shaw with a neck breaker on Shaw. Grace & Purrazzo tagged in before Grace hit two lariats, a rising knee, and a spinebuster on Purrazzo for a near fall. Green came in and hit a flat liner on Grace, but Wilde hit a back suplex on Green. Shaw hit a beautiful spinning kick on Wilde, but James caught Wilde with a Thrust kick before Purrazzo caught James with a pump kick from out of nowhere. James tagged in and hit a seated senton from the top rope on Purrazzo for a near fall. James went for a Hurricanrana on Purrazzo, but Green & Purrazzo hit a Blockbuster/ Powerbomb combination on James for a near fall. Shaw posed with the IMPACT Knockouts Title before Grace attacked Shaw from behind. Purrazzo & Green went for a double-suplex on James, but Wilde speared Purrazzo to allow James to hit the Mick-DT on Green for the pinfall win. James, Grace & Wilde stood over Green to end the broadcast.

Winners: Jordynne Grace, Mickie James & Taylor Wilde.
