On April 6, 2023, IMPACT hosted a new episode of IMPACT Wrestling on AXS TV.

The show was headlined by IMPACT Wrestling making an announcement of Mickie James's status with IMPACT Wrestling ahead of Rebellion, Frankie Kazarian facing Kenny King to get the advantage for their teams, and more. Full results & highlights are listed below

  • Hardcore War Advantage: Kenny King def.Frankie Kazarian.
    • Team Bully attacked Team Dreamer after the match.
  • There was footage shown from before the broadcast, where KUSHIDA & Steve Maclin brawled at ringside ahead of their match on the 2023 edition of Rebellion for the IMPACT World Heavyweight Championship.
  • Laredo Kid def. Black Taurus, Lince Dorado & Rich Swann.
  • Rosemary & Jessicka were backstage next to a casket to talk strategy to pick Taya Valkyrie back from the Undead Realm, but the casket did not have a portal. Meanwhile, in Milwaukee, Taya Valkyrie competed on the 4/14 edition of AEW Rampage. You can find the spoilers for the show here.
  • Taylor Wilde def. Jessicka.
  • Jordynne Grace cut a promo backstage ahead of the decision of Mickie James, saying the wanted her rematch against James and would go for it all to regain the title.
  • Eddie Edwards & Alisha Edwards were backstage addressing Alisha's attack on PCO. Alisha said that she was proud of Eddie for trying to move forward from Honor No More, but PCO was the one holding him back, which is why she attacked him.
  • Joe Hendry & Dirty Dango def. Angels & Callihan (w/ Deaner & Kon).
    • Santino Marella attacked Deaner & Angels after the match.
  • Tasha Steelz def. Gisele Shaw (w/ Savannah Evans & Jai Vidal).
  • In an empty arena, Mickie James revealed that she would not be cleared to face Deonna Purrazzo & Jordynne Grace to defend her IMPACT Knockout's Championship at Rebellion, officially vacating the belt. She wished them the best in their match.
