On April 20, 2023, IMPACT hosted a new episode of IMPACT Wrestling on AXS TV.

The show was headlined by IMPACT World Champion Steve Maclin having a Title Ceremony, Frankie Kazarian facing The Good Hands, Time Machine (KUSHIDA, Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) facing Jonathan Gresham, Trey Miguel & Mike Bailey, and more. Full results & highlights are listed below

Orange Cassidy Says That Chuck Taylor Will Never Wrestle Again After Parking Lot Fight On 4/27 Rampage

IMPACT Wrestling (4/20/2023).

  • Time Machine (Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin & KUSHIDA) def. Trey Miguel, Jonathan Gresham & Mike Bailey.
  • Santino Marella was interviewed backstage by Gia Miller, but was interrupted by Alisha Edwards. Edwards complained to Marella, but Marella shouted at her for not being in her gear ahead of her match. Zicky Dice & Johnny Swinger asked Marella to get a match, with Dice promising to bring in the "best luchador" on the roster against Swinger.
  • There was a video package of IMPACT Knockout's Champion Deonna Purrazzo, where Purrazzo welcomed everyone to "The New Age of The Virtuosa" after winning the title in Rebellion 2023.
  • Alisha Edwards def. Taylor Rising.
    • Edwards continued to attack Rising after the match, but Jody Threat came to the ring to make the save afterwards.
  • Moose def. Yuya Uemura.
    • Brian Myers & Bhupinder Gujjar brawled on the outside during the match.
  • Nick Aldis was interviewed backstage & promed to come for Steve Maclin's IMPACT World Heavyweight Championship.
  • Frankie Kazarian def. The Good Hands (Jason Hotch & John Skyler).
  • IMPACT Knockout's Tag Team Champions The Coven (Taylor Wilde & KiLynn King) had a vignette backstage where they revealed that they would set their focus on the IMPACT Knockout's Championship.
  • Sami Callihan had a video vignette promising to take down The Design (Deaner, Kon & Angels).
  • IMPACT Digital Media Championship Match: Joe Hendry (c) def. Sheldon Dean.
  • Newly crowned IMPACT World Heavyweight Champion Steve Maclin came to the ring for his Changing of the Guard Ceremony, accompanied by people in Military camouflage. Maclin ran down on Alexander for evading him for the Title before issuing an open challenge against anyone born from Canada. Scott D'Amore confronted Maclin in the ring and ran down on him too before revealing that the person that would answer Maclin's challenge was the French Canadian Monster, PCO.
