On May 11, 2023, IMPACT hosted a new episode of IMPACT Wrestling on AXS TV.

The show was headlined by Steve Maclin making his first defense of the IMPACT World Championship against former ECW Champion Rhino, while The Coven defended their IMPACT Knockout's Tag Titles against Jordynne Grace & IMPACT Knockout's Champion Deonna Purrazzo. Elsewhere on the card, Masha Slamovich faced Killer Kelly while Nick Aldis, DECAY, and more competed. Full results & highlights are listed below as the show happens.

  • Masha Slamovich def. Killer Kelly.
  • Kenny King spoke to Sheldon Jean backstage to give him some advice ahead of Jean's match against Aldis.
  • Trinity was interviewed by Gia Miller, but was interrupted by Jai Vidal. Vidal took a selfie with Trinity.
  • Nick Aldis def. Sheldon Jean.
  • Digital Media Champion Joe Hendry & Dirty Dango continued to search who attacked Santino Marella, but were interrupted by Johnny Swinger & Zicky Dice.
  • The Good Hands (Jason Hotch & John Skyler) def. DECAY (Crazzy Steve & Black Taurus).
    • Brian Myers interfered in the match to give The Good Hands the win.
  • Steve Maclin told Shera & Champagne Raj Singh that it was because of them that he had a title match against Rhino later in the night, saying that their business partnership was over.
  • After Maclin's cut-out, Shera & Singh attacked Heath (Rhino's tag team partner) backstage to try to get back to Maclin's good graces.
  • IMPACT World Heavyweight Championship Match: Steve Maclin (c) def. Rhino.
    • Maclin attacked Rhino on the outside of the ring after the match. Rhino was escorted by medical professionals after the attack while Scott D'Amore confronted Maclin to make his match against PCO a No DQ Match.
  • Dirty Dango def. Johnny Swinger.
  • The Design (Deaner, Angels & Kon) addressed Sami Callihan backstage, but they attacked by Callihan & Rich Swann while they wore the VBD Yellow Hoodies. Security Guards separated Swann, Callihan & The Design backstage.
  • There was a video package promoting "Speedball" Mike Bailey participating in the New Japan Pro-Wrestling Best of The Super Juniors Tournament.
  • Moose spoke with Brian Myers backstage, with Myers saying that he was mentoring the "stars of tomorrow" and wants to mold The Good Hands into future tag team champions. Moose told Myers to get his priorities straight before leaving.
  • IMPACT Knockouts Tag Team Championship Match: The Coven (Taylor Wilde & KiLynn King) (c) def. Deonna Purrazzo & Jordynne Grace.
    • The Coven continued to attack Grace & Purrazzo, but they were stopped by Trinity making the save.
