On May 4, 2023, IMPACT hosted a new episode of IMPACT Wrestling on AXS TV.

Trinity (formerly known as Naomi in WWE) made her IMPACT Debut, while Mike Bailey & Jonathan Gresham faced each other in their grudge match. Steve Maclin, Brian Myers, Moose, and more competed. Full results & highlights are listed below.

IMPACT Wrestling (5/4/2023).

  • Moose & Brian Myers def. Bhupinder Gujar & Yuya Uemura.
  • Gia Miller interviewed Raj Singh, Shera & IMPACT World Heavyweight Champion Steve Maclin. Maclin said no one was dumb enough to tag with PCO before Singh gifted Miller a stack of money for no reason.
  • Dirty Dango & IMPACT Digital Media Champion Joe Hendry were backstage trying to find out who attacked Santino Marella. Dango believed former TNA Commentator Mike Tenay was the culprit, while George Michael, Tyler Breeze, Killer Kelly, Tony Chimmel, and more where listed as potential perpetrators.
  • Sami Callihan was in the ring to call out Deaner, but Deaner came out to the ramp and said that he made the biggest mistake of his life by betraying The Design. Angels & Kon attacked Callihan ahead of his match against Kon.
  • Sami Callihan def. Kon (w/ Deaner & Angels).
  • Joe Hendry & Dirty Dango interrogated X-Division Champion Trey Miguel to see if he attacked Santino Marella. After a "hair test", Hendry declared Miguel not guilty before Dango told Miguel something bizarre.
  • Jimmy Jacobs interviewed Nick Aldis backstage to talk about his aspirations for the IMPACT World Title but was interrupted by Kenny King. Aldis called King a gatekeeper and challenged him to a match, but King said that Aldis needed to have an audience before even challenging him.

  • Jody Threat def. Alisha Edwards.
  • Gia Miller interviewed MCMG (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin), where Sabin said that they are looking to be a team with singles titles. Sabin said that he looks to becoming a 9-time X-Division champion, while Shelley. admitted that he had his eyes on the IMPACT World Title.
  • PCO, Heath & Rhino def. Steve Maclin, Shera & "Champagne" Raj Singh.
  • The Coven (Taylor Wilde & KiLynn King) were backstage scrubbing a candle before they stated that Jordynne Grace & Deonna Purrazzo were messing their own fate.
  • Rosemary & Jessicka were backstage before Rosemary transported James Mitchell. Rosemary told Mitchell that someone may have blocked their access to the Undead Realm before Jessicka shouted that it was The Coven, but Mitchell said that they do not have that power.
  • Gia Miller interviewed Jordynne Grace backstage, who stated that she wanted to be the face of the Knockout's Division, but that can only happen if she wins the IMPACT Knockout's Title off Deonna Purrazzo, but said that if she loses she won't challenge for the title again while Purrazzo is champion.
  • Jonathan Gresham def. Mike Bailey.
  • Trinity (Formerly Naomi in WWE) cut a promo addressing the history of Women's Wrestling and said that she was coming for the Knockouts Championship. IMPACT Knockout's Champion Deonna Purrazzo came out and confronted Trinity before Jordynne Grace joined. Trinity said that she will be waiting on whoever wins their match on Under Siege, because she is coming for the title.
