On July 20, 2023, IMPACT hosted a new episode of IMPACT Wrestling on AXS TV & via their YouTube Channel. The show was headlined by SUBCULTURE making their defense of the Men's IMPACT Tag Team Championships against Bullet Club's Ace Austin & Chris Bey, and Josh Alexander proving a status on his future with IMPACT Wrestling.

Elsewhere on the card, Santino Marella faced off against Dirty Dango, Jake Something made his re-debut against Kevin Knight, Courtney Rush went one-on-one against Savannah Evans & more. Full results and highlights are listed below & will be updated as the show happens.

  • IMPACT President Scott D'Amore began the broadcast by thanking the crowd for Slammiversary's success, but he was immediately interrupted by The Good Hands (Jason Hotch & John Skyler). Skyler & Hotch talked trash to D'Amore, which led to D'Amore making a match between them & the team of Rich Swann & Sami Callihan.
  • Sami Callihan & Rich Swann def. The Good Hands (Jason Hotch & John Skyler).
  • Gia Miller interviewed Eric Young in his first TV appearances since his "death". Nick Aldis confronted Young backstage and said that he felt like he had an ally against the "cretins" in IMPACT, but Young said that he was not going to be put in a box off the get-go. The two amicably agreed to a match later in the night.
  • Jake Something def. Kevin Knight.
  • Courtney Rush (w/ Jessicka) def. Savannah Evans (w/ Jai Vidal).
    • Jody Threat kidnapped Jai Vidal during the match.
  • There was a video package of Trinity after winning the IMPACT Knockout's Championship.
  • There was a vignette of The Coven (Taylor Wilde & KiLynn King) saying that they aim to regain the Knockout's Tag Team Titles off MK Ultra (Killer Kelly & Masha Slamovich).
  • Dirty Dango def. Santino Marella.
    • Johnny Bravo attacked Marella to award Dango the win.
  • Jonathan Gresham was interviewed by Tom Hannifan in a sit-down, with Gresham running down on the X-Division without rules. Gresham stated the following before leaving the interview: "Maybe this environment is not for me".
  • Gisele Shaw & Savannah Evans confronted MK Ultra backstage while looking for Jai Vidal. Jody Threat slammed Vidal in front of Shaw & Evans.
  • Eddie Edwards & Alisha Edwards cut a promo talking trash about Franke Kazarian & Tracy Brooks, but Kazarian & Brooks confronted them. The four brawled backstage.
  • IMPACT World Tag Team Championship Match: Subculture (Mark Andrews and Flash Morgan Webster) (c) def. Bullet Club's Ace & Bey (Chris Bey & Ace Austin).
    • The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz) attacked Austin & Bey, costing them the match and the opportunity to regain the titles.
  • Josh Alexander cut an in-ring promo in his first Television appearance on IMPACT since being sidelined with an injury. Alexander revealed that he was now 100% Cleared to compete and bowed to get back the IMPACT World Championship he never lost. IMPACT World Champion Alex Shelley confronted Alexander regarding his statements, saying that they should have a match for the title; however, that was stopped by X-Division Champion Lio Rush. Rush talked trash to Shelley & Alexander before the winner of Ultimate X KUSHIDA told Rush that he had to go through him. Of all people, Brian Myers, Moose & Bully Ray attacked everyone in the ring before the end of the broadcast.
