The show was headlined by a Battle Royal to determine the #1 Contender for Trinity's Knockouts Championship. Full results are listed below.

IMPACT Wrestling (8/31/2023).

  • Knockouts Championship - #1 Contender's Battle Royal: Alisha Edwards def. Masha Slamovich, Killer Kelly, Gisele Shaw, Jessicka, KiLynn King, Jody Threat, Savannah Evans, Vanna Black & Courtney Rush.
  • The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin & Alex Shelley) were cutting a promo backstage before they were interrupted by Josh Alexander. Alexander apologized to the Guns for leaving the match to attack Maclin. Shelley accepted the apology but said that he took offense to Alexander paying attention to the IMPACT World Title as if it was still his. IMPACT Tag Champions The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz) confronted MCMGs before Sabin challenged Wentz to a singles match later tonight.
  • Alisha & Eddie Edwards celebrated Alisha's win before they called out Frankie Kazarian & Traci Brookes. Alisha stated that the Edwards would probe why they were IMPACT's Power Couple before calling out Trinity, saying that she was coming for her.
  • Mike Bailey def. Crazzy Steve (via Disqualification).
    • After the match, Steve attacked the referee and pulled out a fork before trying to stab Mike Bailey's eyes out, but Black Taurus confronted him. Steve attacked Taurus before gauging Taurus's eyes. Multiple referees came in to stop Steve.
  • Bully Ray was chased around by PCO before Bully slammed the door at PCO's arm. PCO shouted at Bully Ray for "trying to kill" him, but Bully justified it by saying that he tried to kill the monster and not the man because he cared about "Karl". Bully said that to hurt PCO to get "Karl" back before saying that he needed the man back, not the monster.
  • Eric Young def. Kon.
  • X-Division Champion Lio Rush talked trash about Chris Sabin backstage, but he was confronted by KUSHIDA, who challenged Rush to a match for Victory Road.
  • There was a video vignette of Jordynne Grace training in a home gym, where it was revealed that she would make her return at Victory Road.
  • Deonna Purrazzo was interviewed backstage by Gia. Miller. After her loss against Trinity at Emergence, Purrazzo challenged Jordynne Grace to a match at Victory Road for Grace's return to the promotion.
  • Chris Sabin def. Zachary Wentz.
  • Bullet Club's Ace Austin & Chris Bey cut a promo backstage congratulating The Rascalz before making their claim for the tag titles, but The Good Hands (Jason Hotch & John Skyler) regarding their statements. Bey challenged The Good Hands to a match, but Skyler told Hotch not yet.
  • SUBCULTURE (Flash Morgan Webster & Mark Andrews) met with Santino Marella to get a rematch for the Tag Titles, but they were interrupted by Rich Swann & Sami Callihan, who also wanted a shot at the titles. This led to Marella booking a match between the two teams for next week
    JOYA (Joe Hendry & Yuya Uemura) also wanted a shot at the belts, but Marella told them that they were not ready yet.
  • Sheldon Jean & the IMPACT Digital Media Champion Kenny King came to the ring to cut a promo, where King ran down on the Toronto crowd. Tommy Dreamer is interrupted by King regarding King's actions at Emergence. Dreamer called 2023 the worst year of his life, but he was satisfied to at least have the support of the fans & the love for the sport. Dreamer challenged King to a match for the Digital Media Title, with the stipulation being that he was making a Title vs. Dreamer's Career match.
  • Steve Maclin cut a promo backstage where he promised to take down Josh Alexander in his return match on Victory Road. Maclin said that it would be Bag him, Stack Him, and Mayhem for the Walking Weapon.
  • Jake Something, SANADA, & Frankie Kazarian def. Moose, Eddie Edwards, & Brian Myers.
