Major League Wrestling held its Opera Cup 2019 event on Dec. 5 from the Melrose Ballroom in Queens, New York. Matches will air in the upcoming weeks on MLW Fusion.

- Marshall and Ross Von Erich came out to confront Lawlor, but they were attacked by the Spirit Squad.
* MLW Middleweight Championship: Myron Reed (c) def. El Lindaman
- Injustice cut a promo claiming they were being held down and wouldn't leave the ring. King Mo came out to confront them and ACH made a surprise appearance.
* ACH & King Mo def. Jordan Oliver & Kotto Brazil
* Opera Cup Semi-Final: Brian Pillman Jr def. Timothy Thatcher
* Opera Cup Semi-Final: Davey Boy Smith Jr def. Alex Hammerstone
- Konnan cuts a promo, praising Gino Medina. Salina de la Renta came out. She and Konnan argued over Medina. The Dynasty came out and made their pitch to Medina. He initially chose Konnan, but it was a swerve and he joined The Dynasty.
