Ring of Honor presented the eight episode of their new era on Thursday, April 20, 2023, and it aired on ROH Honor Club.

Samoa faced Colt Cabana to defend his ROH Television Championship, while Athena defended her ROH Women's Championship against Heather Reckless. Hijo del Vikingo faced Gringo Loco, Lance Archer, Penta El Zero Miedo, and more competed. Full results & highlights are listed below.

  • Athena cut a promo backstage calling out anyone brave enough to try and dethrone her.
  • Willow Nightingale def. Robyn Renegade (w/ Charlotte Renegade).
  • Colt Cabana was interviewed by Dasha Fuentes backstage. Cabana recalled memories from his previous encounters against Samoa Joe and said that he was planning on winning the ROH Television Title and be a staple of ROH.

  • ROH Women's World Championship Proving Ground Match: Athena (c) vs. Heather Reckless.

  • Gringo Loco cut a promo backstage, saying that he had been looking to get the attention of AEW and felt like he smashed it out of the park tonight. Gringo Loco said that he was ready and hoped the crowd were ready for him too.
