ROH held its Final Battle Fallout event on Dec. 15 from the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, PA.
Final Battle Fallout is the first show since ROH Finale Battle 2019, which was held on Friday, Dec. 13. At ROH Final Battle, PCO won the ROH World Championship, defeating RUSH in the main event. Also on the show, Jay Lethal & Jonathan Gresham defeated The Briscoes to win the ROH Tag Team Titles and Dragon Lee won the ROH Television Title from Shane Taylor. ROH Final Battle Fallout Results (12/15)
- PCO comes out with Villain Enterprises. Marty Scurll puts over PCO and the crowd chants "You deserve it." PCO cut a promo about winning the title. RUSH appeared on-screen and announced his new faction, La Faccion Ingobernables with Dragon Lee, Kenny King, and Amy Rose.

- The Allure came out, leading to Maria Manic coming out. Manic was going to put Angelina Love through a table, but Bully Ray made the save and put Manic through a table.

- Vincent says he is the only reason Matt Taven was the ROH World Champion.
