- PCO hasn't been cleared to compete. He, Marty Scurll, and Brody King were scheduled to defend the ROH Six-Man Tag Team Championships against Lifeblood.
- The Bouncers (Brian Milonas & The Beer City Bruiser) def. Okumura & Felino and Coast to Coast (LSG & Shaheem Ali). PCO arrives and take out all six men and security before being calmed down by Flip Gordon.
- Dalton Castle and Joe Hendry cut promos.
- Joe Hendry & Dalton Castle def. Eli Isom & Cheeseburger
- Angelina Love def. Sumie Sakai and Jenny Rose and Damaris Dawkins. Maria Manic showed up after the match, leading to Love laying out Kelly Klein.

- ROH Television Championship: Shane Taylor (c) def. Chase Owens
- ROH Tag Team Championships: The Briscoes (Mark & Jay Briscoe) (c) def. The Rock N Roll Express (Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson)
- Lifeblood (Mark Haskins & Bandido) def. Villain Enterprises (Marty Scurll & Brody King). Lifeblood earn a future shot at the ROH Tag Team Championships.
- Deny or Defy: Jeff Cobb def. Matt Taven, Jay Lethal and Kenny King. Cobb receives a future shot at the ROH World Title.
