• In the cold open, JD Drake cut a promo backstage where he said that he would pull himself from the bootstraps and do it on his own; however, Anthony Henry made his ROH return from Injury and told Drake they had been doing things together, the same they had done since 2016. The WorkHorsemen are back and will face SAP (Angelico & Serpentico) later tonight.
• After that promo, Ian Riccaboni & Caprice Coleman welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening contest.
• ROH World Television Championship - Proving Ground Match: Kyle Fletcher (c) def. London Lightning via Pinfall (Inverted Tombstone Piledriver).
• The WorkHorsemen (Anthony Henry & JD Drake) def. SAP (Angelico & Serpentico) via Pinfall (Uranage/ Flatliner Combination).
  • Griff Garrison & Cole Karter attacked Serpentico & Angelico after the match. Angelico got a chair and laid out Karter & Garrison.
• Matt Menard cut a backstage promo, saying he did not know where Angelo Parker was. Menard said that he was going to beat Mike Bennett tonight before saying that the idea of him & Parker getting a title shot at the ROH Tag Titles got his nipples hard.
• Nyla Rose def. Riea Von Slasher via Pinfall (Beast Bomb).
• There was a vignette for Marina Shafir. Shafir said her father taught her that life would have problems and taught her how to become a problem herself. Shafir then grabbed her son by the hand and promised to teach him how to be his problem.
• Satnam Singh def. Jimmy Jacobs via Pinfall (Stalling Chokeslam).
• A video package of Blake Christian's road on the 31st edition of New Japan Pro-Wrestling's Best of The Superjuniors Tournament.

• Lexy Nair, Athena & Billie Starkz held an Emergency MEM (Minion Empower Meeting). Athena & Billie Starkz called Queen Aminata & Red Velvet after Aminata attacked Athena last week. Athena said that Velvet & Aminata could call themselves whatever they wanted, but they would never be champions.
