  • The Great Hands (John Skyler & Jason Hotch) (w/ Mustafa Ali & Tasha Steelz) def. The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz & Trey Miguel) via Pinfall (The Favor on Miguel).
  • Order Four (John Skyler, Jason Hotch, Mustafa Ali & Tasha Steelz) attacked Ace Austin before his match.
  • TNA International Championship - #1 Contender’s Match: Matt Cardona def. Elijah, Mance Warner & Ace Austin via Pinfall (Radio Silence on Austin).
  • First Class (AJ Francis & KC Navarro) hosted a new edition of Penthouse with O'Shea Jackson Jr. as the special guest. Jackson took offense at First Class's statements on the city of Los Angeles. Mike Santana then appeared, which caused First Class to run for cover.
  • Indi Hartwell def. Kelsey Heather via Pinfall (Full-Nelson Flatliner).
  • Indi Hartwell was interviewed backstage regarding her debut in TNA, but was interrupted by Order Four (Tasha Steelz, John Skyler & Jason Hotch) trying to complain to the camera about Mustafa Ali getting ejected from the building. Hartwell was frustrated by the interruption, calling Steelz rude for it. Steelz said she would deal with her later.
  • Tessa Blanchard confronted Arianna Grace regarding Santino Marella trying to reverse the decision in her match earlier in the night. Grace was not pleased by Blanchard's statements, but Blanchard responded with a slap to the face.
  • Rosemary def. Xia Brookside via Disqualification.
    • Rosemary & Brookside brawled after the match before Lei Ying Lee interrupted proceedings.
  • Frankie Kazarian came to the ring to give a promo, where he expressed his frustration about not having a guaranteed shot at the TNA World Title despite not being pinned. Trick Williams interrupted and told Kazarian that while he did not like him, he & Kaz were in common ground in teaming up at TNA Under Siege because they were not here to be liked, unlike Joe Hendry.
    Joe Hendry and Elijah interrupted and walked to the ring, but Williams & Kazarian slid out of the ring. After a disagreement between Santino Marella & Robert Stone on the ramp, Stone announced that Hendry & Elijah would have "adequate" opponents next week ahead of Under Siege.
  • Jeff Hardy (w/ Matt Hardy) def. Nic Nemeth (w/ Ryan Nemeth) via Pinfall (Swanton Bomb).
    • The Nemeth Brothers attacked The Hardys after the match, but Leon Slater made the save.
