- Rounds Match: Charlie Dempsey vs. Myles Borne.
- Tyra Mae Steele vs. TBA.
- TNA World Heavyweight Championship Match: Trick Williams (c) vs. Mike Santana.

- Corey Graves, Vic Joseph & Booker T. Huffman welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening segment.
- Laredo Kid & Je'Von Evans came to the ring for a promo, but Ethan Page interrupted, saying he was furious because he didn't agree with the Four Way at Worlds Collide. Sean Legacy interrupted and said he would have his title shot on June 10 against the winner of the Four Way at Worlds Collide for the NXT North American Title. Vanity Project (Brad Baylor, Jackson Drake & Ricky Smokes) interrupted and said they had Page's back. This cause a brawl between everyone, with the baby faces standing tall.
- Hijo del Vikingo was spotted in the crowd ahead of AAA x WWE Worlds Collide.
- DarkState (Dion Lennox, Osiris Griffin & Cutlet James) def. Chase University (Andre Chase, Kale Dixon & Uriah Connors).
- Ava booked an 8-Man Tag, with Je'Von Evans, Sean Legacy & Laredo Kid having to find a fourth man against Ethan Page & Vanity Project. Dragon Lee then appeared and said he would help out.
- Arianna Grace and Tyra Mae Steele spoke backstage, leading to Grace facing Steele later tonight.
- Rounds Match: Myles Borne def. Charlie Dempsey (R4: 2-1).
- Izzi Dame randomly attacked Brooks Jensen with a chair, kicking him out of The Culling.
- Tyra Mae Steele def. Arianna Grace.
- Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley, & Jazmyn Nyx) head out for a promo. Jacy says she pulled off the most shocking moment in NXT history last Tuesday when she defeated Stephanie Vaquer to win the NXT Women's Title. Lainey Reid, Lola Vice, Jordynne Grace, Jaida Parker, and Lash Legend all interrupt to state their case for an NXT Women's Title shot. Thea Hail comes out and starts a brawl. Mariah May arrives on the podium and says she's the next NXT Women's Champion and the division got a lot more glamorous.
- EVOLVE Women's Champion Kali Armstrong wants to see who steps up
- Ricky Saints has been diagnosed with a larynx strain
- Je'Von Evans, Laredo Kid, Dragon Lee, & Sean Legacy def. Ethan Page & Vanity Project (Brad Baylor, Jackson Drake, & Ricky Smokes)
- Oba Femi signs contract to defend the NXT Title against Jasper Troy next Tuesday.
- Izzi Dame tells Tatum Paxley to purge friends she doesn't need as Zaria and Sol Ruca walk by.
- Luca Crusifino wants to prove his loyalty to Tony D'Angelo
- TNA Championship: Trick Williams (c) def. Mike Santana.
- AJ Francis and KC Navarro interfered in the match, attacking Santana.
