This is the Fightful.com live coverage for tonight's episode of WWE NXT! Tonight we begin the reign of "Glorious" Bobby Roode after winning the NXT World title from Shinsuke Nakamura this past Saturday at NXT TakeOver: San Antonio! Ember Moon vs Aliyah
They lock up then exchange pin attempts before Moon puts Aliyah in a stretch submission. Aliyah powers out and hits a spinning neckbreaker then a running boot in the corner into a bridging pin for a near fall. Ember hits a moonsault for a quick 2 count then Aliyah hits a head scissor before Ember drops her with a lariat. Ember then hits the Eclipse for the pin and the win.
Winner: Ember Moon via pinfall
-We then get an interview segment where Eric Young talks about his beating Tye Dillinger. Then we have Tye talking about it from his perspective and what it was like to be in the Royal Rumble at number ten as they show a video of stills from him in the match.
-Next we get a video package for the NXT Women's Championship Fatal Four Way Match from this past Saturday and an interview segment with Asuka where she just says that the belt is hers.
-We come back to an interview segment with Ember Moon where she talks about wanting a title shot.
Tyler Bate vs Oney Lorcan
They lock up for a clean break then Bate drops Lorcan with a right hand then dropkicks him. Lorcan tosses Bate into the bottom turnbuckle then makes his come back, dropping Tyler with a series of uppercuts. Lorcan gets a near fall then Tyler hits the airplane spin before he hits The Tyler Driver 97 for the pin and the win.
Winner:Tyler Bate via pinfall
-We then have an interview segment where Roderick Strong says he's coming for the NXT World title then a video package for#DIY and The Authors of Pain then Paul Elerring talking about AOP winning the NXT Tag Team titles.
-Next we get a video package for Shinsuke Nakamura and Bobby Roode then we see HHH, Kassius Ohno and Matt Bloom with an injured Shinsuke backstage after he lost the title match. We then have Bobby interviewed about winning the title.
-We then get a video package for the departing Corey Graves, from his time as a wrestler in NXT to the commentary team.
Elias Samson vs No Way Jose
Samson dropkicks Jose immediately then Jose drops him repeatedly before he chops Elias. Jose hits a scoop slam then a Green Bay plunge then baseball slides into Elias once he gets out of the ring as we go to commercial.
Elias catches Jose on the top rope then clubs on him in the corner before slamming him into the mat repeatedly. Samson gets back in the ring and gets a quick 2 count then drops Jose with a clothesline. Jose then hits a sidewalk slam then hits Samson with a series of strikes before suplexing him. Jose then hits a pop-up Fastball Punch for the pin and the win.
Winner: No Way Jose via pinfall
