- After Nick Aldis informed Cody Rhodes he was removed from the Trios Main Event Match tonight by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Joe Tessiotore & Wade Barrett welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
- Jimmy Uso def. Drew McIntyre via Pinfall (Victory Roll).
- McIntyre attacked Uso after the math in rage before putting Uso's head on the ring post, but an army of referees, Keny Dykstra, Shane Helms & Shawn Daivari stopped McIntyre. McIntyre walked down the ramp but returned to the ring and hit the Claymore Kick on Uso.
- Solo Sikoa met with Jacob Fatu & Tama Tonga, where Sikoa said he would be in their corner for the main event; however, Fatu responded by saying he & Tonga had been holding it down and it was time for Sikoa to get to work. Sikoa liked Fatu's response and said that fire is why he loved Fatu.
- Carmelo Hayes was confronted by R-Truth, who revealed he would face him in a tag match. The Miz revealed he was Hayes's tag partner, while R-Truth said he was teaming with a Lousianna (LA) legend. R-Truth then revealed he was referring to Hagerstown, Maryland's own LA Knight.
- There was a video package of Zelina Vega, where she talked about her height being an issue, but then she said nothing would stop her as she was going for big goals.
- The Miz & Carmelo Hayes def. LA Knight & R-Truth via Pinfall (Assisted Code Breaker on R-Truth).
- Shinsuke Nakamura attacked LA Knight during the match.
- There was a vignette for Charlotte Flair previewing her match against WWE Women's Champion Tiffany Stratton at WWE WrestleMania 41.
- Tiffany Stratton came to the ring ahead of her match against Candice LeRae. Stratton said she & Trish Stratus would put a definite end to Nia Jax & Candice LeRae at the WWE Elimination Chamber. Stratton then addressed Charlotte Flair, where she said the rumors of Flair kicking people while they were down were true and vowed to defeat her at WrestleMania 41 to be the top women's wrestler in WWE. Nia Jax & Candice LeRae made fun of Stratton thinking she could beat Jax, leading to Stratton's match against LeRae.
- Tiffany Stratton def. Candice LeRae (w/ Nia Jax) via Pinfall (PME).
- Charlotte Flair watched on the broadcast team after the match.
- Nia Jax & Candice LeRae attacked Stratton after the match. Trish Stratus tried to make the save, but Jax took her down and hit the Banzai Drop. Flair then got in the ring and posed in front of Stratton.
- Damian Priest & Cody Rhodes spoke backstage, where Priest said he was coming for Cody's title if he won the Elimination Chamber match. Braun Strowman then appeared, where he said he had Jacob Fatu dead to rights but Priest beat him to the punch. Priest & Strowman agreed to take down The Bloodline tonight.
- Byron Saxton interviewed Naomi & Bianca Belair, where they vowed to get revenge on Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez on Monday, with Naomi specifically promising to make Lov Morgan feel the pain tonight.
- There was a vignette of Alexa Bliss, where she said she loved the Elimination Chamber and that she was the one in charge of the Women's Division.
- The Judgment Day (Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez) attacked Bianca Belair & Naomi, canceling Morgan & Naomi's match. An army of referees came to the ring to stop Rodriguez & Morgan.
- After Nick Aldis scolded Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez for their attack, Chelsa Green & Piper Niven appeared with Green saying she wanted their spot at the Women's Elimination Chamber because of Belair & Naomi's injury, but Aldis said they were still cleared. After some whining from Green, Aldis told Green to get her stuff because she would be competing on next week's SmackDown.
- Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson came to the ring for a promo. After an extended entrance, Johnson announced that WrestleMania 42 would take place on Saturday, April 11 & April 12, 2026, from the Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana. After making that announcement, Johnson called out the WWE Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes. Johnson put over Rhodes's title reign and talked about how their moms had become good friends, but told Rhodes he needed to understand he was the most powerful man in wrestling and wanted Rhodes to be something to be Rock's champion. Rhodes said that Johnson, of all people, knew he was the fan's champion. Johnson elaborated by saying he wanted Rhodes to be on equal footing as Johnson and promised he would make every dream he & his family could think of. Johnson said he wanted Rhodes to be his champion because of the bravado he showed to him last year and told him to think about it and wanted a response by the WWE Elimination Chamber event. Johnson then said what he wanted the most from Rhodes was his soul.
- WWE Tag Team Championship Match: #DIY (Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa) (c) vs. Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince & Kit Wilson) Ended In A No-Contest.
- There was a video package for John Cena ahead of the Elimination Chamber event.
- Kevin Owens cut a promo, where he was disgusted by Sami Zayn for not just saying he would end Owens's career, but said he was disgusted by what Zayn would put his own family through by accepting an Unsanctioned Match against him. Owens then said he would never forgive Zayn for this.
- Braun Strowman & Damian Priest def. The Bloodline (Solo Sikoa & Jacob Fatu) (w/ Tama Tonga) via Pinfall (South of Heaven from Priest on Sikoa).
