The show was headlined by Jey Uso facing Solo Sikoa and by the 2024 Edition of the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal. The full results are listed below.

WWE Friday Night SmackDown (4/5/2024).

• Corey Graves & Wade Barrett welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening segment.
• Kevin Owens hosted a new edition of "The KO Show", with Randy Orton as the special guest. While they were talking about their distance for Logan Paul, Logan Paul cut a promo from the WrestleMania XL Stage, where he called the people of Philadelphia idiots. Orton & Owens agreed to leave the arena to chase Logan Paul to the WrestleMania XL state. Austin Theory & Grayson Waller appeared from under the ring and chased Orton & Owens.
• Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal: Bronson Reed def. Cedric Alexander, Ashante "Thee" Adonis, Kit Wilson, Elton Prince, Cameron Grimes, Veer, Sanga, Julius Creed, Brutus Creed, Ivar, Akira Tozawa, Otis, JD McDonagh, Apollo Crews, Ricochet, Chad Gable, Shinsuke Nakamura, Omos, "The Big LG" Luke Gallows, "The Machine Gun" Karl Anderson, Jinder Mahal, Joaquin Wilde & Cruz del Toro.
• The Final Testament (Karrion Kross, Akem, Rezar, Scarlett & Paul Ellering) cut a promo calling out Bobby Lashley & The Street Profits, where Kross promised to scar them permanently at WrestleMania XL.
• WWE United States Champion Logan Paul came to the ring to cut a promo on the Philadelphia crowd, calling them idiots for cheering for Kevin Owens & Randy Orton. The camera cut to Austin Theory & Grayson Waller being bamboozled that Kevin Owens & Randy Orton not being in the Lincoln Stadium. Kevin Owens & Randy Orton then appeared from under the ring. Orton & Owens attacked Paul, with Owens hitting a Stunner on Paul before Orton hit Paul with an RKO.
• Carlito checked on Dragon Lee backstage, who was attacked backstage. Rey Mysterio, Zelina Vega & Nick Aldis checked in on Lee, but Vega & Mysterio left for Vega’s match.
• Elektra Lopez (w/ Santos Escobar, Dominik Mysterio & Andrade El Ídolo) def. Zelina Vega (w/ Rey Mysterio) via Pinfall (Elektro Shock).
  • Escobar & Dominik were about to attack Rey Mysterio after the match but Andrade El Ídolo laid them out and stood with Mysterio & Vega.

• Bianca Belair & Naomi came to the ring to cut a promo, where she said that she was about to give up on fighting against Damage CTRL but was reminded why she did it when Naomi returned to WWE before they introduced Jade Cargill. Cargill said that Naomi & Belair gave her the best opportunity to show who she was to the world before telling Damage CTRL that they were now at the point of the storm.

• Jey Uso cut a promo ahead of his match tonight against Solo Sikoa, where he promised to give Sikoa a “yeetdown” tonight and whoop Jimmy Uso on WrestleMania XL.

• A referee came to tell Rey Mysterio, Zelina Vega & Andrade El Ídolo that Dragon Lee was not medically cleared, but Andrade promised to step up. Carlito appeared and asked them to take down Santos Escobar at WrestleMania XL.

• New Catch Republic (Pete Dunne & Tyler Bate) def. A-Town Down Under (Austin Theory & Grayson Waller) via Pinfall (Double Burning Hammer).
  • The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Damian Priest, JD McDonagh, Dominik Mysterio & Rhea Ripley) attacked the New Catch Republic after the match.
• There was a video package recapping the feud of Bayley & Iyo Sky to the sound of Hayley Williams's "Simmer" ahead of their match at WrestleMania XL.

• LA Knight came to the ring to cut a promo ahead of his match against AJ Styles, where he promised to drop the Phenomenal One at WrestleMania XL.

• Bobby Lashley, B-Fab & The Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins) had a vignette backstage, where they promised to beat The Final Testament once and for all.

• Jey Uso def. Solo Sikoa via Disqualification.
  • Jimmy Uso attacked Jey Uso, leading to the disqualification win. Sikoa & Jimmy tried to attack Jey, but Cody Rhodes & Seth Rollins made the save. Rhodes hit Sikoa with a weight belt before hitting the Crossroads on Jimmy Uso. Rollins then hit Jimmy with a weight belt before Jey Uso hit a Uso Splash on his twin brother.
    Rhodes then got the microphone and promised to slap Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson so hard he remembers to be humble before promising to dethrone Roman Reigns at WrestleMania XL, saying that as a story ends, a new one begins. Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso & Seth Rollins stood tall to end the broadcast.
