WWE Smackdown! Live Results 4/24 Daniel Bryan Joins Miz TV, Asuka Makes Her Smackdown! Live Debut & More!

This is the Fightful.com live coverage for tonight's episode of WWE Smackdown! Live! Tonight The Miz and Daniel Bryan come face to face for the first time in over a year when Daniel joins Miz TV, Asuka makes her Smackdown! Live debut when she teams up with Becky Lynch to take on The Iconics and much more so be sure to come back here at 8PM and to stick with us afterwards for the post show podcast!

-The Miz comes out and talks about coming over to Smackdown! Live before Cass comes out and repeatedly insults Daniel Bryan and the crowd before we see that Daniel Bryan has been attacked backstage as we go to commercial.

Asuka & Becky Lynch vs The Iconics

The match starts during the commercial before we come back from commercial to Asuka in control of Peyton before tagging Becky in. Becky drops Peyton with a forearm before hitting an exploder suplex, then Billie tags in and drops Becky with an arm wringer before choking her in the ropes. The Iconics start tagging in and out and beating on Becky in their corner until Becky tags Asuka in, Asuka sending Billie off of the apron before dropkicking Peyton and hitting a release German suplex into a hip attack before tagging Becky back in. Peyton then rolls Becky up and uses the ropes for leverage for the pin and the win.

Winner: The Iconics defeat Asuka & Becky Lynch via pinfall when Peyton rolls Becky up and uses the ropes for leverage.

-We get a video package for Andrade Almas before we go to the Usos in the locker room and Naomi shows up and talks to Jimmy before his match against Rowan.

-Rowan and Jimmy have a short match in which Jimmy wins in under two minutes when Naomi distracts Rowan and Jimmy rolls him up after Rowan takes Jey out at ringside.

-Carmella comes out to the ring for her contract signing with Charlotte and shows the same video package as she did last week before Charlotte comes out. Carmella mocks Charlotte before Charlotte smashes her face into the table and flips it over on top of her before leaving after signing the contract.

Randy Orton vs Shelton Benjamin

They lock up to start the match before exchanging head locks, then Shelton takes control before sending Randy out of the ring as we go to commercial.

We come back from commercial to Shelton in control, dropping Randy with a wheel kick for a quick two count before Randy hits a back suplex and a draping DDT. Randy teases am RKO, but Shelton slides out of the ring before Randy backdrops Shelton onto the announce table and tosses him back into the ring. Sunil Singh then shows up and attacks Jeff before Randy RKO's him and Shelton hits Pay Dirt for the pin and the win.

Winner: Shelton Benjamin defeats Randy Orton via pinfall with Pay Dirt.

-Daniel Bryan comes out of the training room and says that it was Cass that attacked him before leaving as we go to Samoa Joe cutting a promo backstage, saying that he will destroy Seth, Finn and Miz and take the Intercontinental Championship and he'll take the Universal Championship as well if Roman happens to beat Brock at the Greatest Royal Rumble Friday afternoon.

Six-Man Tag Match

AJ knocks Shinsuke off of the apron and pulls Aiden in before The Club start tagging in and out and beating Aiden down in their corner. The Club then send Rusev out of the ring when he tries to save Aiden as we go to commercial.

AJ drops Rusev with a series of strikes as we come back from commercial before he goes to attack Shinsuke who hops off of the apron and Rusev attacks him from behind. Aiden then tags in and puts AJ in a headlock as we go to commercial another commercial.

Shinsuke is in control of AJ as we come back from commercial, tagging in Rusev who gets a quick two count before he tags Aiden in and Rusev Day double team AJ. AJ hits a Pele kick to Rusev when he tags in before tagging Luke in just as Aiden tags in. Luke hits a pump handle slam into a jumping splash for a quick two count that Rusev breaks up before Shinsuke tags in and hits the Kinshasa for the pin and the win.

Winner: Shinsuke Nakamura & Rusev Day defeat AJ Styles & The Club when Shinsuke pins Luke with the Kinshasa.

-After the match Karl gets in the way of a Kinshasa meant for AJ before hitting him with another one as we go off the air.
