- After a video package narrated by Philadelphia Rapper Meek Mill running down the card for the show & Coco Jones singing the United States National Anthem, the commentary team of Pat McAfee, Corey Graves & Michael Cole welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening segment.

- Paul "Triple H" Levesque went to the ring to address the crowd. Levesque welcomed the crowd to a new era of WWE before welcoming them to WrestleMania XL.

WWE Women's World Championship Match.

Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Becky Lynch.

Lynch & Ripley began the WrestleMania proceedings by locking up before Ripley pushed Lynch to the floor. Lynch & Ripley exchanged slaps before Ripley tossed Lynch to the corner. Lynch attacked Ripley’s left arm before hitting a diving shotgun dropkick on Ripley to send her to the outside. Lynch slid outside and attacked Ripley before bringing her back into the ring. Lynch tried to keep control of the match, but Ripley responded with a face slam and a Northern Lights Suplex for a near fall. Ripley cornered Lynch with strikes before going for a Suplex on Lynch. Lynch reversed the Suplex with an Inside cradle, but Ripley responded by picking Lynch back up and hitting a Vertical Suplex for a near fall.

Lynch was trying to get on the counterattack to regain control, but Ripley responded by catching Lynch with a dropkick. Ripley climbed to the top rope, but Lynch climbed up and hit an Avalanche Arm Drag on to send Ripley crashing from the top rope to the ring. Lynch & Ripley exchanged strikes before Lynch got Ripley and drilled her with a Tornado DDT for a near fall. Lynch went for a Uranage, but Ripley escaped the hold. Lynch tossed Ripley to the corner before catching her with a hanging Leg Drop to send Ripley to the outside, which was followed by tossing Ripley to the barricade with an Exploder Suplex before bringing Lynch back in and hitting a Top Rope Leg Drop on Ripley for a near fall.

After escaping the Disarmer, Ripley caught Lynch off a crossbody before hitting another face slam and connecting with a Rising Knee Strike on Lynch for a near fall. Ripley went for the Riptide, but Lynch evaded and hit a Double-Knee Strike on Ripley’s arm before locking in a Juji Gatame. Ripley got Lynch up and broke the hold with two powerbombs before going for the pin, but Lynch kicked out at two. Ripley got back up and hit a headbutt on Lynch before catching her with a Big Boot for a near fall. Ripley went for a shoulder block on Lynch, but Lynch evaded and locked in a disarmer before slamming Ripley on the ring post. Lynch went for a Diving Leg Drop, but Ripley evaded and locked in the Prism Trap (Reverse Sharpshooter). Lynch reversed the hold with a pin, but Ripley kicked out. Ripley went for the Riptide, but Lynch evaded before hitting the “Manhandle Slam” Uranage on Ripley to get the win, but Ripley kicked out in the last second.

Lynch went for a Backslide, but Ripley reversed it by lifting Lynch from her arms before hitting the Riptide to go for the pin, but Lynch kicked out at two. Ripley climbed to the top rope, but Lynch moved the top rope to make Ripley lose her balance. Lynch climbed to the top rope and hit a Superplex on Ripley before transitioning into The Disarmer Arm Bar. Ripley escaped the hold by carrying Lynch in the Electric Chair Position. Ripley & Lynch got to the outside before Ripley slammed Lynch with the Electric Chair to the floor, to which Ripley quickly responded by sending Lynch back to the ring and hitting a Frog Splash on Lynch for a near fall. Ripley went to the corner and went for the Deadweight Superplex on Lynch, but Lynch escaped. Lynch went for the Manhandle Slam, but Ripley landed on her feet and hit a Riptide on Lynch into the top turnbuckle before hitting a third Riptide for the pinfall win and title retention.

Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship - Six-Pack Ladder Match.

Judgment Day (Damian Priest & Finn Balor) (c) vs. DIY (Tommaso Ciampa & Johnny Gargano) vs. The New Day (Xavier Woods & Kofi Kingston) vs. The Awesome Truth (The Miz & R-Truth) vs. A-Town Down Under (Austin Theory & Grayson Waller) vs. New Catch Republic (Pete Dunne & Tyler Bate).

The match began with all six teams brawling outside of the ring. Austin Theory & Grayson Waller got to the ring with two ladders and tried to get the two sets of titles, but DIY, New Catch Republic & New Day stopped them. The New Day got a ladder to the center of the ring and dropped A-Town Down Under, DIY & New Catch Republic. Blair & Priest came back to the ring and cleaned the house with the ladders. Priest went for a Spinning Elbow on Bate, but Bate evaded. Bate picked Balor up with a Ladder before tossing the ladder and tossing Balor onto another ladder. New Catch Republic brawled outside of the ring before they climbed to the ladder and hit stereo moonsaults on the rest of the teams on the outside.

Bate tried to climb the ladder, but Priest tossed Dunn onto Bate & the ladder to intercept them. The Miz tried to stop Priest, but Balor joined in. R-Truth “tagged in” for Miz and took out Priest before hitting the Five Knuckle Shuffle and an Attitude Adjustment on Balor onto the ladder. R-Truth got the “pin” on Balor before he & Miz hit a Flatliner/ Skull Crashing Finale on Priest, which DIY followed up by hitting a Thrust Kick/ Fairytale Ending on Priest. DIY & Awesome Truth climbed the ladders to get the titles, but A-Town Down Under took down DIY & Awesome Truth to gain control of the SmackDown Tag Titles.

Bate & Dunne got back in the ring and tossed Waller through a ladder with a Powerbomb. DIY tossed Bate onto a Prime Drink Hydration Station before getting two tables from under the ring. Back in the ring, DIY tried to hit a Suplex on Woods onto the tables, but New Day made the save and neutralized DIY before Woods hit an elbow drop on Ciampa in a bridged ladder. New Day climbed the ladder to get the Raw Titles. Kingston dived with Trust Fall to land on everyone, but Theory tossed Woods out of the ring. Bate & Dunne re-entered the ring and neutralized Theory with a Double Burning Hammer. While Bate & Ciampa climbed the ladder, Gargano hit a DDT on Dunne onto a table. Ciampa then got Bate and hit an Air Raid Crash on Bate off the ladder to send them crashing.

R-Truth saw the opening and climbed the ladder all by himself, but JD McDonagh got R-Truth and hit a Saito Suplex on R-Truth. McDonagh got Balor back in the ring so he could grab the Raw Tag Titles, but The New Day neutralized Balor before tossing McDonagh onto a stack of tables. Priest laid out Woods before hitting the Razor’s Edge on Kingston onto a chair. Damian Priest went for the Raw Tag Titles, but The Miz intercepted them at the top. Priest got Miz by the throat and hit the South of Heaven on The Miz to send him crashing onto the top rope. Priest stole a ladder from R-Truth and tried to climb the ladder, but R-Truth got back in the ring and hit the Attitude Adjustment on Priest to the outside. R-Truth got to the top of the ladder and managed to unhook the Raw Tag Titles. With this, Awesome Truth won the Raw Tag Team Championships while A-Town Down Under won the SmackDown Tag Titles.

Winners: A-Town Down Under (Austin Theory & Grayson Waller) (New SmackDown Tag Team Champions) & The Awesome Truth (The Miz & R-Truth) (New Raw Tag Team Champions).

Andrade El Ídolo & Rey Mysterio (w/ Zelina Vega, Carlito, Cruz del Toro & Joaquin Wilde) vs. Dominik Mysterio & Santos Escobar (w/ Elektra Lopez, Angel Garza & Berto Carrillo).

Rey Mysterio & Escobar began the match, with Rey catching Escobar with the head scissors. Dominik tagged in, but he was lured with a dropkick from Rey before Andrade tagged in. Andrade attacked Escobar before catching Dominik with the Pump-fake Elbow. Andrade tossed Mysterio into the Hurricanrana on Escobar before Rey & Andrade hit an Electric chair Crossbody on Escobar & Dominik to the outside. Back in the ring, Rey hit the head scissors on Dominik into the ring post. Dominik got back up and hit a forearm strike on Rey to send him crashing to the outside. Escobar tagged back in and tossed Rey into the ring before hitting a slingshot Leg Drop on Rey, followed by a Tilt-to-Whirl backbreaker for a near fall. Dominik tagged back in & hit a Swanton on Rey and got a Guillotine Choke before hitting a Spinning Elbow on Rey for a near fall.

Escobar & Dominik double-teamed Rey by catching him with a double dropkick for a near fall. Escobar got Rey on the top rope and hanged him on the top turnbuckle upside down before catching him with a Penalty Kick and locking in a seated Abdominal Stretch on Rey. Rey escaped the hold and hit a kick on Escobar before catching him with a Code Red and tagging in Andrade. Andrade hit a lariat on Escobar, two Dragon Screws on Dominik & Escobar, and a back elbow on Dominik before catching him with a Meteora in the corner, followed by a Double Moonsault on Dominik for a near fall. Dominik got back up and hit a neckbreaker on Andrade.

Escobar & Rey tagged in, with Rey hitting a Seated Seton and tossing Escobar to the middle rope. Rey hit the 619 on Escobar and went for a Frog Splash, but Angel intercepted Rey and allowed Escobar to hit an Avalanche Hurricanrana on Rey. Vega hit a Moonsault on Lopez while Wilde & Del Toro took out Angel & Berto with dives. Escobar instructed Dominik to get a chair, but two masked Luchadores took down Dominik. This allowed Rey to hit the 619 on both Dominik & Escobar. As Andrade hit Dominik with The Message Neckbreaker, Mysterio hit the Frog Splash on Escobar for the win. The masked Luchadores were revealed to be Lane Johnson & Jason Kelce.

Winners: Andrade El Ídolo & Rey Mysterio.

Jey Uso vs. Jimmy Uso.

Jey hit Jimmy with a Tope Suicida to the outside before the match. The two finally got back in the ring to start the match followed by Jey clotheslining Jimmy to the outside before catching him with another Tope. Back in the ring, Jey hit an enziguri kick before hitting a diving crossbody on Jimmy for a near fall. Jey went for a lariat, but Jimmy caught him with a Pop-Up TKO before catching Jey with two Hip Attacks. Jimmy then hit a boot wash on Jey while he was on the floor before going for a corner splash, but Jey caught him with a bootkick. Jey went for an Ax-Handle, but Jimmy caught him mid-air with an uppercut, continuing to dominate the match.

Jimmy climbed to the top rope and mocked Jey Uso’s taunt before going for a Uso Splash, but Jey evaded and caught Jimmy with a Thrust Kick. Jey & Jimmy exchanged punches before Jey Uso got Jimmy for a Samoan Drop but Jimmy evaded and hit a gut kick & an uppercut before hitting a rewind enziguri kick, but Jey responded with a spinning enziguri kick. Jimmy & Jey unloaded with punches before exchanging Superkicks, which Jey won the exchange by catching Jimmy with two Thrust Kicks on the corner.

Jey backed to the corner and hit a Golden Ratio kick on Jimmy, but Jey demanded Jimmy to get up and fight. Jey went for another thrust kick, but Jimmy lifted his hand and apologized to Jey for everything. Jimmy continued to beg for forgiveness from his twin brother, which Jey obliged with, but this was a rouse from Jimmy. Jimmy hit a surprise Superkick on Jey before hitting a Uso Splash on Jey to try and pick up the win, but Jey kicked out at two. Jimmy went for another Thrust Kick, but Jey caught him with a Spear before hitting a Twisting Splash for the pinfall win.

Winner: Jey Uso.

Jade Cargill, Bianca Belair, & Naomi vs. Damage CTRL (Dakota Kai, Asuka, & Kairi Sane).

Naomi & Asuka began the match locking up. Kairi & Asuka tried to double-team Naomi, but Naomi evaded and hit a double dropkick on them. Naomi hit a dropkick on Sane in the corner before hitting a split-leg drop on Kairi for a near fall. Kai & Asuka got involved in the match by attacking Naomi, allowing Sane to hit an Elbow Dive on Naomi to the outside. Back in the ring, Sane & Asuka hit a scissor kick/ bulldog combo on Naomi for a near fall. Asuka blasted Naomi with a forearm, but Naomi fought off Damage CTRL by hitting a Double-Stunner on Kai & Sane before tagging in Belair. Belair took out Kai & Asuka before hitting a Vertical Suplex on Kairi. Belair hit a corner splash on both Asuka & Kairi before hitting a Gut Buster on Kai, a Spinebuster on Asuka, and tossing Sane onto Kai & Asuka with a Military Press Slam before hitting a Cartwheel Moonsault on Kai, Asuka & Sane for a near fall.

Belair was about to tag Cargill in, but Kai pulled Belair and attacked her. Asuka & Sane hit a Codebreaker/ Blockbuster Combo on Belair before Asuka hit a running knee on Belair for a near fall. Kai, Asuka & Sane had Belair cornered before going for a double Suplex, but Belair evaded and tagged in Cargill. Cargill hit a forearm strike & a choke slam on Asuka before catching Sane off a crossbody before hitting a backbreaker on Sane. Cargill hit Kai with a backdrop and a Michinoku Driver for a near fall. Belair went for the KOD on Kairi, but Asuka pulled Sane. Asuka tried to spit the Black Mist on Belair but got Sane instead. Naomi hit a Full Nelson Slam on Sane while Belair hit Asuka with her Hair Whip before hitting the KOD. Cargill ended proceedings by catching Kai off a Cazadora before hitting the Jaded (Glam Slam) for the pinfall win.

Winners: Jade Cargill, Bianca Belair, & Naomi.

- Sami Zayn's wife & child came to motivate Zayn, and Zayn's spouse told him it was his time. Chad Gable then met him and told Zayn that he had it on his own, he always did. After shaking hands with Zayn, Gable told Zayn to not forget that he owed him a favor. As he walked down the entranceway, Kevin Owens appeared and hugged Zayn before giving him a motivational slap and telling him to go and do it.

WWE Intercontinental Championship Match.

GUNTHER (c) vs. Sami Zayn.

GUNTHER & Zayn locked up before GUNTHER backed Zayn in the corner. Zayn fired away with a chop on GUNTHER before going for a springboard move, but GUNTHER caught him and hit a German Suplex before starting the Chop party on Zayn. GUNTHER then scooped Zayn up before tossing him with a Body Slam, which he followed up with two vicious chops on Zayn’s chest before hitting an uppercut. Zayn responded with three chops, but GUNTHER neutralized him with an uppercut, a lariat on the corner, and hanging Zayn on the top turnbuckle before catching him with another vicious chop to the chest.

GUNTHER hit a shot at Zayn’s neck and connected an uppercut on Zayn as he talked trash to Zayn’s spouse, who was spotted on the front row. Zayn & GUNTHER then exchanged chops before Zayn ducked GUNTHER and caught him with a lariat. GUNTHER got up and hit three vicious chops, but Zayn responded with a series of punches on GUNTHER’s head before hitting a Half-and-Half Suplex. Zayn hit a second Half-and-Half Suplex on GUNTHER, but GUNTHER responded with a vicious lariat for a near fall. Zayn hit a series of chops before hitting a Rope-Walk Tornado DDT on GUNTHER.

GUNTHER caught Zayn off a Helluva Kick with a Sleeper, but Zayn evaded. Zayn went for a Blue Thunder Bomb, but GUNTHER side-stepped and locked in a Sleeper Hold on Zayn before transitioning into slamming Zayn with a German Suplex. GUNTHER went for a Shotgun Dropkick, but Zayn caught him with an Exploder Suplex. Zayn went for the Helluva Kick, but GUNTHER responded with a vicious Shotgun Dropkick before hitting a Powerbomb to get the pin, but Zayn kicked out at two. GUNTHER responded to the kickout by hitting Zayn with a Helluva Kick. GUNTHER went for the killing blow by attempting a second kick, but Zayn ran with GUNTHER and caught him with a Helluva Kick before going for the pin, but GUNTHER kicked out.

Zayn went for a second Helluva Kick, but GUNTHER responded with a lariat before hitting Two Powerbombs on Zayn and going for the pin, but Zayn lifted his arm to kick out at two. Zayn’s wife waved at GUNTHER and told him “It’s over for you”. GUNTHER took those comments personally and boot-kicked Zayn repeatedly before catching Zayn with a vicious lariat. GUNTHER picked Zayn back up and slammed him with a powerbomb as he stared daggers at Zayn’s wife before hitting a Frog Splash on Zayn. GUNTHER relished in the torture before hitting a second splash on Zayn and demanding Zayn’s spouse to throw the towel for Zayn.

Then, something happened: Zayn got back up with fire in his eyes, which bamboozled GUNTHER. GUNTHER went for a third Splash, but Zayn booted GUNTHER’s leg. Zayn climbed to the top rope, got GUNTHER, and hit the BRAINBUSTAH (Brainbuster onto the Turnbuckle). Zayn then got GUNTHER in the corner and fired a Helluva Kick on GUNTHER’s head before connecting the killing blow with a Yakuza Kick for the win, becoming once again Intercontinental Champion and ending GUNTHER’s historic reign.

Winner & NEW WWE Intercontinental Heavyweight Champion: Sami Zayn.

- Adam Pearce & Nick Aldis announced the attendance of the night, which was 72,543 people.

Cody Rhodes & Seth Rollins vs. The Bloodline (Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson & Roman Reigns) (w/ Paul Heyman).

The match began with The Bloodline having an intense stare-down with Rhodes & Rollins before the decision was made for Rollins & Reigns to start. The former members of The Shield locked up before Reigns got a headlock on Rollins before catching him with a shoulder tackle. Reigns got another headlock on Rollins, but Rollins escaped before hitting a thrust kick on Reigns and got a wrist lock on Reigns, but Reigns broke the hold. Rhodes tagged into the match and got a wrist lock on Reigns, which he utilized to target Reigns’s arm; however, Reigns responded with a lariat on Rhodes into the corner before locking in a headlock, but Rhodes responded with a knee lift on Reigns’s abdomen before ducking Reigns’s lariat attempt. Reigns & Rhodes got in a Grecko-Roman lock-up before Rhodes & Rollins tried to double-team Reigns, but Reigns stopped himself on the ropes before tagging in Johnson.

The Rock got in the ring with Rollins before the two locked, with Johnson tossing Rollins across the ring from the lock-up. Rollins got back up and got a headlock on Johnson before shoving him on the neck and doing the “We The Ones” pose to taunt Johnson. Johnson & Rollins locked up again before Johnson kicked Rollins in the abdomen and punched Rollins while he was down. Rollins tried to make a comeback with a series of jabs, but Johnson responded with a lariat before demanding Rhodes to tag into the match. Rhodes tagged in and locked horns with Johnson before the two backed up as they had a stare-down. Rhodes hit two jabs on Johnson before hitting a dropdown uppercut on Johnson. Rhodes backed Johnson to the corner before he & Rollins teed off on Johnson, catching him with a double back elbow before Rhodes & Rollins hit a dropdown kick/ Slingblade combo on Reigns.

Johnson & Reigns got back up before exchanging punches with Rhodes & Rollins, leading to them heading outside the ring. Reigns & Rhodes brawled on the ramp while Johnson & Rollins brawled near the Prime Hydration Station before they headed to the crowd, where Johnson tossed a trash can on Rollins’s head while Reigns hit a Suplex on Rhodes on the top of the ramp. After Johnson spat water on Rollins, Rollins & Johnson headed back to ringside before Rollins hit an ax handle off the barricade on Johnson. Rollins tried to get back in the ring, but Reigns got back to the ring area and clipped Rollins’s knee on the apron.

In the ring, Johnson slammed Rollins’s knee on the mat before he slammed the injured knee into the ring post. Reigns tagged in and went to work on Rollins’s injured knee before locking in the Half-Crab on Rollins. Rollins escaped the hold and tried to tag in Rollins, but Reigns hit a jab on Rollins while dropping Rhodes off the apron. This allowed Reigns & Johnson to beat down Rollins on the outside. Reigns & Johnson continued to get quick tags as they beat down Rollins in the corner before Reigns hit a series of corner lariats and a running boot. Reigns went for a Superman Punch, but Rollins evaded and hit a Twisting Neck Breaker. Johnson tagged in and pulled Rollins to the opposite corner before hitting a punch on Rollins’s groin and hitting a back elbow. Rollins made his comeback before hitting an enziguri kick on Johnson. Rollins tossed Reigns out of the ring and tried to tag in Rhodes, but Reigns yanked Rollins out of the apron. Johnson locked in the Sharpshooter on Rollins, but Rhodes got back in the ring and slapped Johnson in the face. Rollins took advantage of this and hit a Thrust Kick & a Curb Stomp before tagging in Rhodes.

Rhodes & Reigns went at it, with Rhodes hitting a running forearm, a power slam, a Disaster Kick, and the Cody Cutter on Reigns for a near fall. Rhodes went for the Cross Rhodes, but Reigns escaped before catching Rhodes with a Superman Punch (which busted his nose open) for a near fall. Reigns went for a Spear, but Rhodes reversed it with a Sunset Flip for a near fall before hitting a Cody Cutter, which allowed Rollins to get the blind tag and hit a Frog Splash for a near fall. Rollins went for a Curb Stomp, but Reigns reversed it with a Powerbomb. Reigns went for a Spear, but both Rhodes & Rollins caught him with stereo thrust kicks before Rollins hit the Curb Stomp into the Cross Rhodes to get the pin on Reigns, but Johnson broke the pin by pulling the referee out of the ring. Reigns took advantage of the referee being down and hit a low blow on Rhodes before hitting a Spear to try and get the win, but Rhodes still kicked out.

Reigns was furious about the kick out and he responded by locking in the Guillotine Choke on Rhodes as Johnson pulled Rhodes’s leg, but Rollins broke the hold by hitting the Curb Stomp on Reigns. Johnson tossed Rollins out of the ring before he tagged in and got a “Mama Rhodes” Weight belt. Rhodes punched Johnson in the head and fired up before hitting a Bionic Elbow on Johnson, but Johnson responded by hitting a Spinebuster on Rhodes. Johnson went for The People’s Elbow, but Rhodes reversed it by catching Johnson with a Cody Cutter. Rhodes went for the Cross Rhodes, but Reigns caught Rhodes with a Superman Punch to stop Cody. Reigns set up for the Spear on Rhodes, but Rollins pushed Rhodes to make Reigns accidentally hit a Spear Johnson. Rhodes & Rollins saw the opening and hit Stereo Pedigrees on Johnson & Reigns to try and get the win, but Johnson kicked out at two.

Rollins hit a Crossbody on Reigns to the outside; meanwhile, Rhodes & Johnson brawled on the other side of the ringside area before clearing the two broadcast tables. Johnson went for The Rock Bottom, but Rollins distracted Johnson long enough to allow Rhodes to slam Johnson with a Uranage to the English Broadcast table. The help would cost Rollins, as Reigns hit a Spear on Rollins through the barricade. Rhodes got himself & Johnson back in the ring, but Reigns caught Rhodes with the Drive-By Dropkick before tagging back into the match. Reigns continued to lay the beat down on Rhodes, but Rhodes got back up and exchanged punches with Reigns. Reigns went for another punch, but Rhodes responded by catching Reigns with two Cross Rhodes. Rhodes went for a third Cross Rhodes, but Johnson hit Rhodes with a weight belt, allowing Reigns to hit another Spear on Rhodes. Johnson then tagged back in and drilled Rhodes with The Rock Botton before hitting him with The People’s Elbow for the win. With Bloodline Rules secured, The Bloodline stood tall to end the broadcast.
