Rey Mysterio is impressed by a young luchador.
Many NXT talents were at WWE SmackDown on July 21 as the show took place in Orlando, FL. Among the NXT talent shown were NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes, NXT Women's Champion Tiffany Stratton, the Cavinder Twins (Haley Cavinder & Hanna Cavinder), Dragon Lee, and more.
In a backstage exclusive, Rey Mysterio spoke with Dragon Lee.
Rey said that he believes Dragon will become a big star and he is excited to watch his journey. Dragon said he didn't appreciate Dominik Mysterio's disrespect towards his father. Rey said he wants to be there when Dragon beats up Dominik.

Dominik and Rey were in action on Friday's WWE SmackDown. Rey won a four-way bout that also featured LA Knight, Cameron Grimes, and Sheamus to advance to the finals of a US Title eliminator tournament. He will face Santos Escobar next Friday.
Dominik successfully defended his NXT North American Championship against Butch.
