Rhodes Snaps Sikoa's Streak, Balor Teases His Demons, Theory Speaks In Empty Arena | Raw Fight Size

Here is your post-Monday Night Raw fight size update for March 27, 2023.

- Cody Rhodes battled Solo Sikoa in the main event. Sikoa delivered an impressive performance, and The Usos (Jimmy & Jey Uso) came to ringside, hoping to tip the momentum in his favor. Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn came out to fight them off, and Rhodes capitalized by hitting the Cross Rhodes for the win. With the victory, he snapped Solo Sikoa's undefeated streak.

- In a promo, Finn Balor discussed his looming Hell in a Cell match against Edge. He recalled Edge saying he was "baptized" in the cell. Balor said there's nothing more dangerous than a caged demon. He stated that his demons are always there. The screen showed flashes of Demon Balor as Finn continued to tease that he'll be bringing The Demon back for WrestleMania.

- In an empty arena, WWE United States Champion Austin Theory responded to what John Cena previously said about him. He stated that Cena can't see the future in front of his eyes. Theory noted that he was in the empty arena because it made no difference whether he was there or in a sold-out venue. He stated that he does "this" for himself and nobody else. Theory told Cena that he made it personal, and it will be fitting that he'll be looking up to him after their match at WrestleMania.

- The Miz hosted a special edition of Miz TV with Becky Lynch, Trish Stratus, and Lita, and The Miz asked Lynch about what it felt like to need help in her feud against Damage CTRL (Bayley, Dakota Kai & IYO SKY). She discussed her feud with the trio and noted that she asked Stratus and Lita for help because she respects them. Damage CTRL interrupted, and Bayley said the match at WrestleMania means everything to them. She stated that Lita and Stratus only meant something 20 years ago. Bayley noted that their goal is to take Lynch, Lita, and Stratus out. Lynch fired back by saying their feud will end at WrestleMania.

- Becky Lynch battled IYO SKY in a hard-fought match. In the end, Lynch caught SKY and pinned her with the Man-Handle Slam.

- A video package hyped up Asuka ahead of her match with Raw Women's Champion Bianca Belair.

- Backstage, Seth Rollins was asked about his feud with Logan Paul. Mustafa Ali interrupted and offered to help Rollins see the positive side of Logan Paul punching him out. Rollins responded by setting up a match with Ali.

- Mustafa Ali took on Seth Rollins in a singles match, and the former world champion beat him to pick up more momentum ahead of WrestleMania. Rollins cut a promo after the match and noted that he'd be a joke if he couldn't beat Logan Paul at WWE WrestleMania 39. He vowed to have the fans sing his theme at WrestleMania and looked forward to their match.

- Backstage, Baron Corbin complained to Adam Pearce and asked him for a break. Chelsea Green interrupted, and she took issue with not having a spot in the WrestleMania Showcase match. Sonya Deville arrived and found common ground with Green. Pearce gave them a spot in the WrestleMania Showcase qualifying match later in the show. He jokingly named the duo The Complaint Department.

- Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville defeated Candice LeRae and Michin to quality for the WrestleMania Showcase qualifying match.

- Brock Lesnar and Omos weighed in ahead of their WrestleMania match. MVP hyped up the bout and gave Lesnar credit for his impressive career. He stated that, despite everything he has done, Lesnar will not be able to beat Omos. Omos then weighed in at over 400 pounds. Lesnar came to the ring and took the fight to Omos. The giant dropped Lesnar with a kick, and Lesnar left the ring.

- A video package highlighted SmackDown Women's Champion Charlotte Flair.

- Backstage, Rhea Ripley stated that Charlotte Flair's legacy will not define her destiny. She said she needs the title to become the biggest star in the industry.

- In a preview of the Men's WrestleMania Showcase, the Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford) teamed up with Braun Strowman and Ricochet to face The Viking Raiders (Erik & Ivar) and Alpha Academy (Otis & Chad Gable.) Maxxine Dupri watched on from backstage, but in the end, Montez Ford scored the pin after a frog splash. Otis was clearly frustrated after the bell as Dupri continued to secretly look on.

- In an interview, Cody Rhodes was asked about being in a vulnerable position by having a match against Solo Sikoa ahead of WrestleMania 39. He stated that he has has this opportunity, and he has lived it.

- A video package hyped up WWE Raw Women's Champion Bianca Belair.

- The latest WrestleMania spoof trailer aired, as The Bloodline parodied Goodfellas.

- Paul Heyman responded to Cody Rhodes and stated that Rhodes was never ready to be "the man" of this generation, he was never ready to fill Dusty Rhodes' shoes, and he won't be ready for WWE WrestleMania 39. Heyman stated that Rhodes will have to choice but to acknowledge Roman Reigns at WWE WrestleMania 39.

- Dominik Mysterio stated that it takes a real lowlife to hit their child, and his father, Rey Mysterio, was truly a deadbeat dad. He wondered what kind of father hits his own son. Dominik said he should have told his mom to shut up a long time again. He then stated that he wished Eddie Guerrero was his real father, and he vowed to take the Mysterio name for himself at WrestleMania.

- Rey Mysterio faced Damian Priest, and just as it seemed like he was closing in on the win, Dominik interfered and brought the match to an end by attacking his father. Legado del Fantasma (Santos Escobar, Cruz Del Toro & Joaquin Wilde) made the save.

- An Andre the Giant video package hyped up the Andre the Giant Battle Royal. Karl Anderson, Luke Gallows, Johnny Gargano, Bronson Reed, Elias, Rick Boogs, and Dexter Lumis all appeared as they looked ahead to the match. Elias claimed he was a lock to win the match, and he drew the ire of the Raw locker room.

- Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn commented on their upcoming match with Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions The Usos at WWE WrestleMania 39. They noted that Los Angeles was the city where they got their first break; in doing so, they referenced their past with Pro Wrestling Guerrilla. The duo made it clear that they intend to win the gold in Los Angeles at WWE WrestleMania 39.

- WWE Intercontinental Champion Gunther dominated Dolph Ziggler and kept rolling ahead of WWE WrestleMania 39. After the bell, Gunther stated that the same fate was in store for Sheamus and Drew McIntyre at WWE WrestleMania.

- Michin (Mia Yim) commented on her loss, as she noted that she and Candice Lerae will get their moment one day.

- Speaking on Raw Talk, Rey Mysterio stated that he is honored to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, but he has to keep his son in check and straighten him up at WWE WrestleMania.

- In a Raw Exclusive, MVP and Omos discussed what happened at the Weigh In. MVP again praised Brock Lesnar's dominance, but nobody has ever made him step backwards the way he retreated from Omos. He claimed that Lesnar is scared, and he knows he can't slam the Nigerian giant. Omos vowed to destroy Lesnar.
