Ric Flair: Logan And Jake Paul Are Better Than Some Guys Who Wrestle Full-Time, They Draw Money

Ric Flair speaks highly of the Paul brothers.

Logan Paul started working with WWE in a non-wrestling role ahead of WrestleMania 37 in 2021, as he was involved in Sami Zayn's feud with Kevin Owens. He returned the following year, as he aligned with The Miz and teamed up with the former WWE Champion to defeat Rey & Dominik Mysterio at WrestleMania 38. Paul then signed with WWE and defeated The Miz at SummerSlam 2022. He headlined WWE Crown Jewel in November, where he unsuccessfully challenged Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.

Logan's brother, Jake Paul, got involved in the build to the match. He appeared at the press conference, and he also showed up during the match itself, as he took the fight to The Usos (Jimmy & Jey Uso) when they got involved in the action. Jake is 6-1 as a boxer, as he has defeated names like Ben Askren, Anderson Silva, and Tyron Woodley. He recently suffered his first loss to Tommy Fury, the brother of Tyson Fury.

On his To Be The Man podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Flair was asked to share his thoughts on Jake Paul potentially getting involved with wrestling. He responded by praising both Jake and Logan Paul. Flair stated that they are better than some full-time wrestlers. He also noted that, especially before he learned Shawn Michaels was training Logan, he thought the social media megastar was naturally gifted.

“Oh, hell yeah. He’s great. Both of those kids are better than some of the guys that do it full-time for a living. I’ll stand by that comment all day long. Until you told me last week that Shawn was training Logan, which now makes sense, I thought, ‘God, the guy’s just got incredible, natural ability. I think they’re big and they draw money. That’s all there is to it. Draw money," Flair said.

Jake Paul previously said he would be ope to joining Logan Paul in WWE, but he wouldn't want a serious injury to derail his boxing career. Check out his comments here.

Seth Rollins recently shared his belief that the wrestling business would be dead if everyone followed the Logan Paul Model. Click here to see what he had to say.

On the March 6 episode of WWE Raw, Logan Paul is set to come face-to-face with Rollins. Check out the card here.
