Richard Holliday has kept up his training during the quarantine, but he had a potential injury scare during a workout on Sunday.
Holliday took to social media to inform fans that he felt a pop on his hamstring and needed to go to a doctor to get it checked out.
Felt a pop on my hamstring today. Hoping for a strain and not a tear. Seeing a doctor tomorrow. ----— Richard Holliday (@MostMarketable) June 8, 2020
Fortunately for Holliday, the injury doesn't appear to be too bad as he says it's just a mild strain.

Holliday is one of the top stars in MLW and just signed a new multi-year deal in May. He last wrestled on March 13, just before the coronavirus pandemic shutdown most wrestling organizations. MLW has not held empty arena shows during the pandemic. It is unknown how long Holliday will be out of action or when MLW will return to live events.
