Riddle wants to go to college with Randy Orton.
On Monday, January 17, Riddle crashed Otis' Alpha Academy graduation ceremony. Seeking a rematch for the Raw Tag Team Titles, Riddle agreed to take part in an academic challenge next Monday night to prove who the mentally superior team is. If RK-Bro emerges victoriously, they will be granted their rematch. After a few more insults were traded, Otis exited the ring to attack Riddle, but this left Gable vulnerable, allowing Randy Orton to sneak into the ring and hit Chad with an RKO.
Appearing on the newest episode of Raw Talk, Riddle shared how he would like himself and Randy to prepare for the academic challenge.
"Yeah, it's a big night. I didn't know what to expect from the Alpha Academy's graduation, I've only been to one. I did pretty well when I went and I think I did pretty well tonight. Me and Randy accepted this academic challenge, but I told Randy, I was like, 'Hey, how should we get ready for this?' I had this idea to maybe go undercover at a college, kind of like in 21 Jump Street. Maybe we could bust some criminals and learn some stuff. But then Randy said I should just read a book. But I'm pretty sure with Randy that's code for 'Just do it.' So I'm probably going to go do it, do some undercover stuff, and check it out. Honestly, right now, RK-Bro, we're ready for this academic challenge and they're going to see how smart the Bro and Randy really are," he said.
With the subject matter up in the air, Riddle acknowledges that there's no studying for something so open-ended. That said, he still plans on studying a wide range of topics.
"You know, you really can't study for a test like this. There's just so many things it could be on. At the end of the day, you just got to be prepared for anything. So, I'm going to study a wide range of things," Riddle shared.
