Riho scored quite the deal on Black Friday!
This past Wednesday on AEW Dynamite, footage was shown from the Casino Battle Royale at All Out which revealed that Riho was not thrown over the top rope when she was announced as being eliminated. As a result, Tony Khan booked a match for tonight's Rampage between Riho and Britt in which Riho would earn a Championship Match if she could beat Baker.
The two women had a back and forth encounter with both scoring multiple near falls. The match came to a conclusion when Riho countered a fisherman's neckbreaker into a roll-up for the pin and win. She is now guaranteed a Women's Championship Match at some point in the future.
Riho never received a rematch after losing the AEW Women's Championship and has still never lost to Dr. Baker.
