Roman Reigns Wants To Create A Monumental Moment With The Rock, Believes Hollywood Is His Next Step

Roman Reigns has a tall task in front of him at WrestleMania 37 when he takes on Daniel Bryan and Edge in a triple threat match for the WWE Universal Championship.

But a showdown against The Rock looms large and has been teased by both men, and Paul Heyman, multiple times in the past few months.

Speaking to Ariel Helwani on his MMA show, Reigns was asked if Reigns vs. Rock would've happened this year if not for the circumstances.

"I'd say there would be a lot better chance, but I like how everything happens. No disrespect to Tampa stadium and obviously the conditions we're in, it's going to be less people, I'm grateful we even have 1,000 people out there. We can't lie about it. Dallas is humongous. Jerry World is giant. I've already done it, over 100,000 people. The following year, I'm in his backyard. Imagine me with another couple of years with this dominance. In Hollywood, which God willing is the obvious next step if available and everything happens correctly. People in my position typically end up there. To be able to tell that story with him, it'd be cool. I want to create the largest, monumental moments in sports entertainment. If that involves him, then absolutely. It all comes back to the audience. What do our fans want to see? Those are the moments I want to create," said Reigns.

Rock and Reigns teamed up in Hollywood for "Fast & Furious: Hobbs & Shaw," which starred The Rock and featured Reigns in a small role.

The Rock is reportedly open to doing a match with Reigns at WrestleMania in 2022 and Reigns has previously said that a match at WrestleMania 39 makes sense.
