From city to city, pro wrestling crowds can vary in loudness and participation in the shows, but for pro wrestlers, the preferred result is usually for a loud crowd invested in what’s happening in the ring, providing a mental boost for talents.
While speaking to Koco 5 News in a new interview, Royce Keys spoke about the energy fans bring to WWE shows, noting that a hot crowd ‘can you make you feel like electricity is going through your body.’
“The number one thing that each city has that’s similar is the energy. So us as professional wrestlers, sport entertainers, performers, we feed off the crowd’s energy. Like, you can, like, feel… it almost feels like electricity is going through your body. So you feed off the crowd and we put a show on for everybody.”
Royce was also asked what advice he would give to fans who want to make in the world of pro wrestling.
“Don’t try what we do at home. I got personal experiences, so don’t try the things we do. Stick to your goals is what I can say. You’re going to have a lot of people tell you can’t do things, but if it’s something you’re passionate about, stick with it.”
