Last week on SmackDown, Rusev made a demand for a WWE Title match at Money In The Bank.
The Bulgarian Brute, who has been out since March rehabbing a shoulder injury, was brought over to SmackDown from Raw during the Superstar Shakeup. He had been languishing on Monday Night, forced to play the bad guy in a feud with Enzo & Cass, even while Enzo tried to sleep with his wife.
Now on SmackDown, he made it known that he believes himself to be top contender material.
Now, apparently, he hasn't been given a response by SmackDown Commissioner Shane McMahon, and he is rather displeased with that, as he has posted a new video to his Twitter today:
If you don't want to reply to me @shanemcmahon, I come to #SDLive to get my answer. #RusevReturn pic.twitter.com/Ddu6QOSDh6— Rusev The Ruler (@RusevBUL) May 9, 2017

In this new video, he says he feels disrespected by Shane and he announces he'll be at SmackDown next week to get his answer in person.
So that should be fun.
Incidentally, this is what the Twitter Bio of Rusev "The Ruler" looks like now:
