Santos Escobar creates a memory for a young member of the WWE Universe in Mexico City, Mexico.
Santos Escobar is a rising star on the WWE SmackDown brand. A member of the LWO led by Rey Mysterio, Santos Escobar is already taking a page out of Mysterio's book and creating connections with the young members of the WWE Universe.
During a meet-and-greet in Mexico City, Mexico a young fan became so overwhelmed by the opportunity to talk to his favorite WWE Superstars that he began to tear up. Santos took him over the barricade as a special treat for the fan, sitting him down on the apron of the ring where he, Charlotte Flair, and Cody Rhodes were sitting.
Santos then told the child why he became a wrestler.
“I hope you are enjoying yourself! One of the many reasons why I became a wrestler was because of my dad (El Fantasma). He introduced me to the business and how to be a better person, and I feel like their (Charlotte Flair & Cody Rhodes) reasons to be in the business would be very similar to mine. I hope you are very happy and that you enjoy your evening, okay?"

On the July 28 episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown, Santos will face one of his own heroes, Rey Mysterio, in a match to determine who will face Austin Theory for the WWE United States Championship. Fans can learn more about that here.
