~ Sasha Banks was announced as the honorary starter and will wave the green flag to begin the 63rd Annual Daytona 500 on Sunday, February 14, 2021. She will be joined by Pitbull, who is serving as the Grand Marshal for the event.

~ Big E retained his Intercontinental Championship in a triple-threat match against Apollo Crews and Sami Zayn. The longtime New Day member earned by pinning Crews after hitting him with The Big Ending.

~ SmackDown opened with a graphic honoring the memory of "The Natural" Butch Reed.

~ Roman Reigns was not happy with Edge, demanding the Rated-R Superstar make a decision on his WrestleMania opponent by the end of the show.

~ Dominik Mysterio faced King Corbin for the third consecutive week, this time picking up the victory after receiving some assistance from his father.

~ For the second time in less than a month, Cesaro defeated Daniel Bryan on Friday Night SmackDown. The Swiss Superman overcame a nasty cut of the side of his head, winning via submission after locking in the Sharpshooter.

~ Everyone is trying to tell her what to do, but Bianca Belair wants to put the EST in WrestleMania her way.

~ After entering the Men's Royal Rumble Match at number 29 last Sunday, it was announced tonight that Seth Rollins would be returning to SmackDown on February 12, 2021.

~ Billie Kay was on commentary during the Bayley vs Ruby Riott match. Not only did she show off her resume, but she decided that she would pursue a partnership with WWE's Role Model.

~ Bayley got back in the win column on SmackDown, defeating Ruby Riott.

~ Bianca Belair whipped Reginald after he suggested that she was lucky to have won the Royal Rumble.

~ Otis and Chad Gable came up short in a non-title match against Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode.

~ After demanding that Edge acknowledge him as the main event of WrestleMania, Roman Reigns was attacked by Kevin Owens, who left the Universal Champion laying after hitting him with a Stunner. Still, however, no decision has been made by either Royal Rumble winner.
