Sasha Banks: NXT Is Their Own Brand

Sasha Banks is excited for NXT's move to USA Network.

Seemingly everyone in WWE is ready for NXT to move to USA Network on Sept. 18. That includes Sasha Banks, who was a pioneer in NXT alongside Bayley, Becky Lynch, and Charlotte Flair. Speaking to WFNZ Sports Radio, Banks gave her thoughts on NXT's big move.

"It's so crazy. It gives me goosebumps. I can't believe [NXT is moving to USA]. NXT is their own brand. They're really taking over and I'm so proud to be part of it. Just seeing the growth. Here and there, I stop at the Performance Center and seeing how many potential stars we have in the making. It's cool that they're going to be on this stage where the whole world can see them now."

Banks hasn't wrestled on NXT losing to Bayley in a 30-minute Iron Woman match at NXT TakeOver: Respect in October 2015. However, she and Bayley did make a cameo appearance on NXT television after winning the Women's Tag Team Titles.

Elsewhere during the interview, Banks briefly discussed her time away from WWE earlier this year and her recent return. You can view her full comments by clicking here.
