Seamtress Sandra Gray Explains Why She Hated The Scott Hall Blood Drip Gear That She Created

One of the most famous gears in wrestling history is Scott Hall's blood drip gear that he debuted in WCW. The gear has been re-created throughout the years with the likes of Britt Baker paying homage to "The Bad Guy."

The gear was created by Sandra Gray, and she wasn't the biggest fan of it.

"I hated that gear," Sandra told Conrad Thompson on The Insiders. "I did make that. I hated it because back then, when I made it, I had to free hand those blood drips. I always thought they were too fat on the bottom. There was not internet or Google to go by. If you wanted to know what blood drips looked like, you go to the library, look through a book, and then try to draw it. That's what I did. I drew it, and it never really resembled blood drips. Little did I know that would become the thing and such an iconic piece of gear. He liked it. I tried to duplicate it a few times, something similar, and I've seen the blood drip turn up plenty of times. Now, when I see it, I'm like, 'That's because of me.'"

Elsewhere during the interview, Sandra revealed she has plans to work on a book featuring her designs. Fans can learn more by clicking here.
