There are a number of notable trios in the sport of professional wrestling. Trios such as The Reptile Tribe (Kobra Moon, Daga and Jeremiah Snake) are the current holders of the Lucha Underground Trios Championships. The Kingdom consisting of Matt Taven, TK O'Ryan and Vinny Marseglia are the reigning ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions and Tama Tonga, Tanga Loa and Taiji Ishimori are running around New Japan Pro Wrestling with the NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Titles
There are some formidable trios in the WWE as well such as Lucha House Party, The Riott Squad, The Bar and Big Show, and The New Day. Recently on Twitter, the son of Rikishi and younger brother of the five-time WWE Tag Team Champions The Usos, Sefa Fatu noted that it is time to give the WWE fan base what they want and that is a trio consisting of Jimmy, Jey and himself as 'The Day One Brothers'.
