Seth Rollins Reflects On His Match With Shinsuke Nakamura From WWE's Survivor Series PPV

Seth on a number of topics.

"The Kingslayer" Seth Rollins is prepping for his WWE Intercontinental Championship match against Dean Ambrose next week at WWE's TLC pay-per-view in San Jose. Rollins took a brief break from Ambrose last month to have a competitive battle with the current WWE United States Champion Shinsuke Nakamura at Survivor Series. Rollins bested "The King Of Strong Style" on that night and the two gave each other a sign of respect once the match was over.

Rollins joined '1130 The Tiger' with Greg Atoms the day after Survivor Series and during their conversation Seth reflected on his match with Nakamura and shared that he's glad he got to mix it up with Shinsuke.

“Yeah, we mingled a little bit in the Royal Rumble last year but first time in a singles match for sure.” Seth continued, “For me, I can’t speak for Shin, but for me, a lot of respect. You know, he’s someone who I’ve admired from afar and so to be able to get in the ring with him, test myself against him, really get to find out how good I am. It’s a treat. He was an excellent opponent last night and I was glad that we got that first one out of the way and it was as successful as it was.”

The conversation then turned over to life after wrestling. NXT founder and senior producer Triple H was used as an example to ask Seth what would he like to do once his in-ring career is in the books and Rollins did not have a definite answer but he talked about his 'Black And Brave' Wrestling school which is based in his home-state of Iowa and how he'll take some years off once he puts Seth Rollins to bed and continues on as Colby Lopez.

"You know who knows. I’ve already kinda got something going with my wrestling school back home in Iowa. I think once I get off the road and my in-ring career is done I’ll probably at least take a few years off and relax a little bit you know? But who knows. I always… I like giving back to the business. It’s been my passion like you said - my entire life so it’s certainly something I feel like I’ll be involved in one way or another for as long as I can as long as I’m giving something and making progress. Not just kind of stagnating.” Rollins concluded.
