Shanky has been released by WWE.

Fightful has confirmed that WWE has released Shanky. He last wrestled at WWE Superstar Spectacle, losing to Gunther in an Intercontinental Title bout. His last televised match in America was on the July 22, 2022 episode of WWE SmackDown where he teamed with Jinder Mahal in a loss to the Viking Raiders (Erik & Ivar).

Shanky has not publicly commented on his release.

Shanky was signed by WWE in 2020. He was aligned with Veer and Jinder Mahal during the early portion of his WWE run. He was best known for his dancing during his time alongside Mahal on WWE SmackDown in 2022.
