Smackdown Live Tops Cable Ratings On July 2, But Sees Big Viewership Decline

WWE Smackdown's viewership did not enjoy the same joys of this week's Raw.

The July 2 episode of WWE Raw hit 1.890 million viewers, down from last week's 1.921 million by over 30,000 viewers. The show did one of the lowest non-holiday numbers in WWE Smackdown history.

SD Live hit #8 in cable viewership, trailing a host of political shows, including Hannity, Tucker Carlson Tonight, Rachel Maddow Show, The Five, Last Word and Special Report. However, The show did win out in the 18-49 demographic, where it topped all cable programs with 0.56. Not only that, but the episode of Chrisley Knows Best that followed Smackdown at 10 PM EST was at number 2 in the demo.

Smackdown's show is grouped collectively, so hourly breakdowns were not provided on ShowBuzz Daily.
