NXT referee, Stephon Smith, has been cut by WWE.
Stephon Smith, a WWE referee for the NXT brand has been let go by WWE as of Friday, August 6, 2021.
Stephon was hired by WWE in the same Performance Center class as Shotzi, Scarlett Bordeaux, and Indi Hartwell in early 2020.
His last tweet as a member of the company was one congratulating WWE Prospect Gable Steveson on his Olympic gold medal victory.
