"Jackass" crew member Steve-O previously revealed that he was at the Royal Rumble event, but was sent home due to COVID.

On the latest episode of his podcast, Steve-O's Wild Ride, Steve-O provided more information, revealing that he was supposed to be alongside Knoxville.

"I ended up testing positive for COVID and was unable to participate in the Royal Rumble. I was going to be a henchman kind of thing. It was basically walking Knoxville out to the ring," said Steve-O.

Steve-O was absent for the WrestleMania 38 bout between Knoxville and Zayn as well.

Steve-O has gotten physical in the ring before, famously getting destroyed on a 2007 episode of WWE Raw by Umaga.
