Summer Rae will be back in action.
Towards the later end of 2015 Summer Rae was involved in a storyline with Tyler Breeze which eventually came to an end and the two announced that they would be heading their separate ways. Summer Rae would not be seen on WWE programming until February of 2016 where she competed in a number of matches and ended up aligning herself with 'Team B.A.D.' (Naomi & Tamina).
Rae's last live televised match was on the WrestleMania 32 pre-show where she competed in a multi-woman tag match that her team fell short in. In July of that same year Summer Rae was drafted to the RAW brand as a part of the 2016 WWE Draft but due to injuries she was never able to make her official debut on the show. Towards the end of October last year Summer Rae, along with Darren Young and Emma, was released from her WWE contract.
Now, after two years of being out of the ring Summer Rae will return to the squared circle on May 25th for 'Battle Championship Wrestling's' Women's Championship tournament where she will be competing in singles action against 'Ivelisse'.
