Swerve Strickland Says PAC Was His Go To Answer For AEW Stars That Could Potentially Become AEW World Champion

Swerve Strickland names several AEW talents he thinks could one day become AEW World Champion while also discussing PAC.

Throughout Strickland’s time in All Elite Wrestling, he has largely been at the top of the men’s roster following his initial tag team run with Keith Lee in the promotion. He has captured the AEW World Title in that time, and for Swerve, there are several other names who could one day become world champion.

While speaking to Sportskeeda in a new interview, Swerve Strickland was asked about AEW talent he feels will one day become AEW World Champion, with Strickland noting that his go to answer used to be the late PAC.

“I had this question. A couple of months ago. I was talking to a friend and it was PAC honestly. And at the time that was like my go to answer. Instantly.”

Swerve would also name several other AEW names that he feels will one day be able to call themselves AEW World Champion.

“Andrade. I think we have a couple now which is good. We have Andrade. Kevin Knight. Kyle Fletcher. And I think Ricochet honestly. And on the women’s side I’ll say Megan Bayne. Easily. Yeah for sure.”

Earlier this week, it would be confirmed that Swerve and The New Level would take on Hangman Page and Brodido in a Texas Deathmatch at AEW Full Gear. You can read more about that here.
