Tammy 'Sunny' Sytch To Stand Trial On 9/18 For DUI Case, Facing Nine Charges

Tammy 'Sunny' Sytch is going to trial.

According to court documents obtained by PWInsider, Sytch will begin her trial for her ongoing DUI case on the week of September 18, 2023. The former Sunny is facing a total of nine charges, which includes one count of DUI Manslaughter, one count of causing death while operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked driver’s license, four counts of DUI causing injury to a person, and three counts of DUI causing damage to property.

The DUI crash incident, which occurred in March 2022, has been an ongoing court case for well over a year at this point. Sytch pleaded not guilty to all nine charges back in June 2022.

The documents also state that jury selection for the trial will take place on September 15, 2023.

Sytch has faced past DUI charges in states such as New Jersey and Pennsylvania. As a result, she has served jail and probation time in both states. Sytch has also had her driver's license revoked and/or suspended on a number of occasions.
