Ted DiBiase Says A Feud With Cameron Grimes Is On Its Way

Cameron Grimes could soon be paying the price for taking The Million Dollar Man's name in vain.

The NXT Superstar reemerged on TV on February 10 after being out of action for two months. Since his return, Grimes has been flaunting his newfound fortune, which according to him, came from an investment in GameStop.

On Wednesday, February 24, Grimes watched an old clip of Ted DiBiase embarrassing a young child by saying that he would give him money if he could dribble a basketball. DiBiase of course kicked the ball away before they could complete the task. At first, Grimes didn't watch the full video and was taken for $1000 by the first person he encountered backstage. After watching the video, he tried the prank again but was schooled by former WNBA player Anriel Howard. In his third and final attempt, he punched a man in the face after their second dribble. All three knew exactly what he was trying to do.

Grimes cursed The Million Dollar Man and maniacally exclaimed that "Money can buy happiness."

Speaking with Booker T on his The Hall of Fame Podcast, WWE's most iconic money-man, DiBiase, revealed that he is supposed to be doing something with Grimes in the near future. He said the following:

"As a matter of fact, I’m supposed to go down to the developmental center pretty soon. I think I’m gonna do something with that new guy, their new money guy, Cameron Grimes or something. I’m gonna have a little feud with him."

The Million Dollar Man's last appearance on WWE TV was at the Raw Reunion show in 2019 where he purchased the 24/7 Championship.
