The Usos React To New Day Departing WWE
The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods) mutually parted ways with WWE on Saturday, May 2.
The duo was moved to the alumni section of the website, confirming their departure. Woods and Kingston, along with Big E, were one of the most decorated tag teams in WWE history, winning the WWE Tag Team Champions on seven occasions and the World Tag Team Championships on two occasions.
New Day’s greatest rivals were The Usos (Jimmy Uso & Jey Uso) as their rivalry spanned multiple years and stories, defining an era of tag team wrestling in the company.

The Usos last battled New Day on the December 15, 2025 episode of Raw. Their first meeting took place in December 2015.
