Earlier today (EST), tickets for WWE's return show to Saudi Arabia went on sale after the show location was moved from the 'King Fahd International Stadium' to the 'King Saud University Stadium'. On top of the venue change, the case involving the murder of Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi which was reportedly planned by the Saudi government, was tied to WWE because of the company running a show in Saudi Arabia.
During WWE's quarter 3 financials conference call, they put the rumors of them moving 'Crown Jewel' to another location to bed and they decided that Crown Jewel is continuing on in Saudi Arabia. Today tickets went on the sale for the show and according to the Chairman of the General Sports Authority in Saudi Arabia, 'Crown Jewel' sold out in three hours.
"In less than three hours, WWE tickets were sold in full."
