Tiffany Stratton talks about her tape study while she is not in the ring, noting that a large part of that comes from social media.

Between November 1st and WWE’s Royal Rumble Premium Live Event earlier this year, Stratton was on the shelf after losing her WWE Women’s Championship at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event. Now, Tiffany has explained what how she studies older clips to give her ideas for her in ring escapades.

While speaking to No Contest Wrestling at WWE 2K Creator Fest, Tiffany Stratton was asked about what she studied while out of action, with Stratton discussing what she picks up from social media.

“Yeah, so I’m always finding stuff on Instagram, on TikTok. There’s a couple of wrestling accounts that I follow that I try and screen record for ideas later on, and then I am always watching SmackDown and Raw, even when I’m out. I’m always trying to keep up. I was watching all the PLEs, the Saturday Night Main Events, just to keep up with the current storylines and what all the girls and guys are doing.”

Elsewhere in another recent interview, Stratton noted that she would like to be caught on dives more. You can read more about that here.
