Tony D'Angelo shared a family story ahead of his match with Dexter Lumis.
This Tuesday, November 16, D'Angelo is set to face Lumis on NXT 2.0. Last week he approached Lumis' wife, Indi Hartwell backstage and handed her a dead fish with Dexter's name on it, saying that he would get the message. Now, just days ahead of their bout, Tony has another message (seen above) for Indi, using the tale of Tommy Thumbs to get his point across. Here is what he said:
"So, Indi and Persia had fun at Dexter's art class. My father, Tony Sr., he told me about a guy named 'Tommy Thumbs.' One day, this guy decided he was going to disrespect the bing and write on the wall inside the bathroom. My cousin Carmine found out and let's just say, he doesn't wear gloves with five fingers anymore. But Indi, have your fun because the Dexter that comes into the ring with me isn't going to be the same that comes out. So, I'll see you guys next Tuesday. Take care of the kid."
